SandyPaws Cottage at Big Stone Beach on the DE bay

This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

Central Haven with Great Fenced Yard

You will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally-located home. The rear deck and grill are great for enjoying time outside. There's a fenced rear yard, making this home a perfect choice for man's best friend. We welcome dogs of any breed, size, and weight. We do offer size-specific pet amenities, so please share a photo of your dog when booking, or provide a basic description so we can set out appropriate amenities. For those traveling with cats, please inquire before booking.

This charming, clean, and modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is situated on the second floor of Rehoboth. It’s conveniently located near many of the city’s attractions! Just a 3.6-mile drive away is the Rehoboth boardwalk, and the Rehoboth/Lewes bike trail is within walking distance of your unit. Downtown Lewes is also only 3.3 miles away, and Dewey Beach is a 4.8-mile drive. Everything is within a 5-10 minute Uber ride. Local eateries and a Wawa are also just a stone’s throw away.

Refuge, water and wildlife views are abundant, with a 25 minute drive putting you in the Lewes and Rehoboth Beach district. Close to the outlets, restaurants and boardwalk...but far enough away to be peaceful as well. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Teeny's Place: A Historic Milton Home.

Family friendly get-away filled with fun. All the amenities of a single family home, plus a backyard made for life at the beach. Proudly offering an in-ground pool, air-conditioned pool house with changing room, 3 season entertainment space, fire pit and deck spaces. The Pool is opened May 1st-October 1st. Walking distance to Downtown Milton's shops, restaurants, and -of course- Dogfish Head Brewery. Just a short drive to the Delaware Beaches. Newly renovated Pool House in 2024.

The 1934 Farmhouse (close to the beaches)

The 1934 Farmhouse not only has local history but plenty of space for everyone. Originally a century family farm with only few owners since being developed. It hosts 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 2 dining rooms, large kitchen, a huge living room all sitting on 2 1/2 acres for the kids and pets to run have everything you need. Close to everything (Sports at the beach) just minutes away. The beaches Lewes, Rehoboth and Ocean City all within 30-40 minute drives. Thank you for booking.

Delightful Skoolie Near Bethany Beach

Try tiny living! Come to the Delaware beach for a unique glamping experience. The Coastal Cruiser is a 1985 Thomas School Bus turned tiny home. Spend your days exploring the Delaware Coast and come home to a rustic Skoolie with a full kitchen & outdoor area. You have access to fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area. We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.

Is a perfect spot for having a great time with family, friends or couples. Sandpiper Village its located between Rehoboth Beach (3.5miles) and Lewes (4 miles). Our condo unit includes free parking, full kitchen, living room, dining room, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Youtube TV /wi-fi. We supply sheets and towels.
