This unique apartment is within walking distance to the Bizz Johnson Trail, as well as Uptown Susanville, and is a space to relax for the weekend, bike the local trails, or explore the surrounding natural areas of Northern California. Apartment has a separate private entrance around the back side of the main house, with rock stairs through the rose and lavender gardens and views of the mature vineyard. Inside features a single BR studio with a kitchenette, washer/dryer unit, and full bathroom.

I also provide a grill on the patio, some outdoor furniture so guests may enjoy coffee, tea, in the morning or another beverage while watching the stars at night.
