Light and bright Contemporary Studio ✧✦

Newly renovated studio apartment, located 1.6km from the Republic Square. It is in a new building, in a safe neighborhood, on the top floor (no elevator). The apartment is 46sqm, bright and welcoming. There is a comfortable large queen bed, a lovely kitchen and plenty of wardrobe space. A 24h self check-in is available, high-speed (200mb/s) wifi and all that will make your stay comfortable. We have a wonderful view of Mount Ararat too!

A new stylish apartment in a central location

Comfortable and stylish one-bedroom and one living room apartment on the fourth floor of a new-build tower next to the famous Konyak Hotel and steps away from the touristy Old GUM Market. Republic Square and the central neighborhood are a 15-minute walk away. There is a supermarket on the first floor and the shopping center is within walking distance. Enjoy your coffee in the cozy balcony. High speed internet is provided.
