Appartamento confortevole e comodo ai servizi. Ai piedi della collina di Superga, il complesso dispone di un ampio parcheggio gratuito. Due supermercati sotto casa, ristoranti e locali commerciali a meno di 100mt rendono la zona particolarmente servita. La linea 61 (50mt da casa) è un'ottima opzione per visitare il centro di Torino. Sentieri collinari e ciclabile lungo il fiume Po permettono piacevoli passeggiate verso i parchi vicini. La casa dispone di camera, bagno, angolo snack e terrazzino.

L’Angolo di Casa Verrua si trova in piazza Gran Madre di Dio nel quartiere Borgo Po a pochi passi dal centro città. L’appartamento, molto panoramico, è sito al piano secondo (scala con ascensore) di un edificio storico ed è composto da tre camere da letto, due bagni e cucina. L'edificio fa angolo con l'isola di pedonale di via Monferrato, ricca di negozi, locali e ristoranti. Il parcheggio pubblico è a pagamento in Piazza Gran Madre e nelle vicinanze. Il supermercato è a pochi metri da casa.

Siamo a 5 min di macchina dalla Basilica di Superga ed intorno abbiamo un bosco e tutta la collina della Panoramica con Parco Avventura per i più avventurosi. La città di Torino è a 16 min di macchina, ma sarai comunque avvolto da uno spazio incontaminato nella natura piemontese. Nei dintorni ci sono degli ottimi ristoranti tipici piemontese. La città di Chieri è a meno di 10 min di macchina.
