We had a great time staying at this property. We liked it because it is very easy to get to, has it's own beach, and has plenty of room for a family. Key Colony is a real gem IMHO. We wanted a property that put us in a central location in the keys - 45 minutes to Islamadora, a little over an hournl from Key West, but in a place that is great for snorkeling and water activities. This place fits that perfectly. The property is easy to check into to, Yuni give a code in advance for the door. Parking is under the building in the shade (big plus) and right in front of the elevator. Super convenient! The kitchen is nice, we cooked meals on probably 3 nights. Beds were comfortable and there is a washer/dryer that is really nice to have on vacation. Great host for sure. If in the keys again I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again as it was a very positive experience.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Gleich bei der Ankunft, hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Schöne Pool Anlage sowie direkter Zugang zum Meer. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Rhonda's place is terrific! Lovely location with full water views. Pool was excellent. The home was very comfortable, clean and convenient to restaurants and stores. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful place with a well stocked unit…close enough to all the places we wanted to visit, yet far enough away for a quiet, relaxing day. We loved the area and our stay here. Thank you, Chris.

We arrived early on the day of check-in, and because previous guests has left early, we were able to check in first thing in the morning! Henry happened to be in Key West, working around his property, so he very kindly gave us a full tour of the apartment, the parking area, the grounds, pool, and beach. The apartment is whimsically decorated with pastel colors to fit the Key West vibe, and has lots of cute details. Amazingly, all the small appliances, dishes, glasses, and tableware are in the pink/rose colored family. Literally every appliance is pink (Cuisenart, coffee maker, toaster, Keurig, blender, tableware, and more). It gave the place a unified cozy feel. The living room is spacious, with lots of couch room for a family to watch TV together. The kitchen is eat-in, and the bathrooms and bedrooms are super nice. We felt very at-home in Henry's place, and appreciate the details he provides about checking in, keys, garage parking, etc. We had a great time.

Danielle was an incredibly communicative & accommodating host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and exactly as described—if not better. The outdoor space was absolutely beautiful and even more impressive than the photos. Our kids had an amazing time spending their days outsid whether it was fishing off the dock, kayaking, lounging in the sun, playing with the games thoughtfully packed in the closet, or swimming in the pool. The location is perfect close to great restaurants, shops, and excursions. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway in the Keys, I highly recommend booking this place. We had the best time and can’t wait to come back! 😎🌴

Roberto is by far the most thorough and conscientious host. We were so pleased with our accommodations and immediately felt at home. The use of The Cabana Club was a real bonus on the hottest days. Will most certainly return to Marathon!

Everything was excellent. Only complaint would be the bicycles. One bike was usable but the seat was loose and we didn’t have tools to fix it. The other adult bike’s chain was rusted so bad it wasn’t usable. We still had an excellent experience.

We loved our stay at Jeffery's house. It is spacious and very comfortable. My husband appreciated the proximity to the pickleball courts - we could see them from our bedroom windows- and my son enjoyed fishing off the dock. The upper suite was wonderful for privacy and quiet when the older kids stayed up later than the adults. Jeffery was super helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again!

We all loved the house. Plenty of space, the outdoor patios were a daily hangout, the views were great, what's not to love. The maintenance of the house itself was excellent and it didn't feel like a "rental". Well decorated, not worn down, a bathroom for everyone, it was great. We rented a golf cart to get back and forth from town which was very easy and barely a ten minute drive. We did have a small issue with the pool while there, which apparently is very unusual. It is Key West so it took a few days to get the parts needed. However, Javier was always easy to reach and while he did eventually fix it it was his 'out of the box' thinking and communication on everything that was superbly professional. I understand he manages several properties and we would gladly stay at any of them. With an AirBNB, if something goes wrong and you're far from home all you have to rely on is the owner/manager and you are in excellent hands with Javier. A++ on customer service

Our first stay at this property was truly unforgettable, and we can't wait to return! Francisco is an outstanding host, always quick to respond and attentive to every detail. The house exceeded our expectations—it was spotless, fully equipped, and conveniently located near stores and restaurants. The outdoor area was a peaceful and inviting space, thoughtfully designed with a refrigerator, sink, hot tub, gas fire pit, and ceiling fans to keep you comfortable. The soft lighting added a warm and welcoming ambiance, perfect for evening gatherings or simply relaxing under the stars. We especially loved the canal, which was incredibly easy to navigate and provided quick access to the ocean—a paradise for fishing enthusiasts! We even caught fish right in the canal, but the absolute highlight was spotting manatees from the dock. If you're looking for the perfect getaway, look no further. Alfonso is a very responsive host who provided clear details, local recommendations (multiple of which we used), and provided a place in a great location. Neighbors are friendly. Place was clean. Perfect for our family with a 14 and 6 year old.

We didn't know anything about Key Colony so based our reservation strictly on reviews and price. Well worth every penny that was spent. What a wonderful tropical getaway! Can't wait to visit the Keys again with my 4 children and husband. If you're looking for a great place to spread out and enjoy family this should be your rental.

The hosts were so accommodating and friendly. The space was newly remodeled with excellent quality and style of workmanship. It was also immaculately clean and incredibly well stocked. Our family of five (three young adult boys) was always comfortable. The hosts thought of everything you could want on vacation. They worked with us to make sure we had a place to dock and use our wave runners, there was outdoor dining and grilling space, complete with a filtered ice machine and an outdoor chest fridge for any fishing, a beautiful spot overlooking the canal, a pergola over the sitting area to provide extra shade, and the house itself was gorgeous and well appointed with plenty of space. We’d love to visit again!

We could not have been more grateful for the stay at Cynthia’s. The setting is perfect - quiet, secluded, right on the water, but a 5-10 minute drive to anything you would want or need (attractions of Key West, Publix groceries, CVs). We did day trips to Key West, Marathon, Bahia Honda, and more. The place is just lovely. The two bedrooms are perfect for a family of four. Our children were very happy and cozy in the room with two single beds. The master looks right onto the ocean. The place is outfitted with everything you need (kitchen needs, etc). The bathrooms are new and nicely redone. The pool is pristine and we often had it to ourselves, but on the occasions we got to say hi to the neighbors they were warm and lovely. One thing that made it extra special was Big Coppit is close to Naval Air Station Key West, so (only during appropriate hours, like 8-9am), we got to see amazing fighter jets fly over head. Cynthia is a great host and was responsive and understanding. Thank you!

Carrie's place was absolutely beautiful! it was so clean, the beds were insanely comfortable, and there were tons of linens and towels for everyone. We very comfortably fit 8 people into the home with no problems. The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing and we were all blown away. Carrie was extremely responsive and friendly. We were here for our wedding and had our wedding party stay here so it was extra magical. The pool and hot tub is super close, elevator to help with our bags, and the resort itself is gorgeous. 10/10 would stay again. We loved it so so much! Don't miss out.

Angela’s space was neat, clean and well stocked. When we had questions, she answered immediately. When we couldn’t find a can opener she quickly brought us a new one and even included a sweet treat! We couldn’t be happier with our stay. Thanks Angela!!

Great experience, great host and accommodations. Hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but repair was delayed over the holiday week which was out of the hosts' control. Very communicative and responsive.

Expect a nice, relaxing time. Beautiful scenery and lots to do in Marathon Key.

We loved everything about this place. It was super clean and fresh. The bedding was very comfortable and felt expensive. We drank coffee on the balcony every morning watching the ocean. The oceanfront pool area was clean and well taken care of. The unit was stocked and well labeled with all that we would need and more. The garage door opener for inside private parking was amazing. We watched the Tyson fight in the living room on the BIG tv! Had a great vacation. Thank you.

This place is a gem! The condo was very spacious and it was supplied with everything we needed, no need to buy any extras like other places we have stayed at- Thank you for that! The pool was fantastic! Walking distance to beautiful Smathers Beach. We did not get to do any water activities due to the wind but we had fun exploring around town. Will definitely be returning!

Words can't really express the beauty of this rental inside and out. Fully stocked with whatever your needs are. Full sized washer and dryer were perfect. Absolutely spotless inside. Beach towels were ready to go as well. The two porches were wonderful for relaxing and taking in the breathtaking views. We saw a family of 7 manatee several days in a row. A family of parrot fish almost every day (several times a day). We saw a VERY LARGE sea turtle just hanging out in the bay. Lots of tarpon, several sharks, pinfish, yellow snapper and several conches (even one queen conch). It is worth it to snorkel feet from the porch. My daughter even caught a shark. The pier was perfect for fishing and watching all the wildlife. The landscape is beautiful. The pool is amazing (I used it almost every day for a bit and no one was down there). I cant say enough good things about this space. It's worth every single penny. We will DEFINITELY be back!
