Welcome to our charming Outer Sunset studio! Nestled on the lower level of our family home, this space offers a private entrance and a recently remodeled private bathroom. Your cozy bedroom is equipped with a mini-fridge, Nespresso machine, and tea kettle, but please note there's no kitchen or micro for cooking. Discover the neighborhood's vibrant dining and coffee options just blocks away. We've lived in this gem of a SF neighborhood for over 10 years and love sharing our studio with travelers!

Ocean Beach Guest Suite

Ground level suite with plenty of natural light and a private entrance through the front door. 1 block from beach and Great Highway bike path. Easy walk to restaurants/cafes/groceries/Golden Gate Park/SF Zoo and multiple transit lines. Suite consists of a separate bedroom with 1 queen bed, small desk and closet. Lounge is equipped with a TV, wet bar, toaster oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker and small fridge. The private bathroom (shower) is supplied with soap, towels and hairdryer.

Large and airy garden level apartment-suite w partial ocean views and yard access. Living room feels like a cozy family room, featuring a 50-inch flat screen TV, leather sofa, surround-sound and a wall library of films. Bathroom has a luxurious, big walk-in shower, dual nozzle-head sprays. Bedroom has built-ins: murphy twin bed and office desk. Glass doors step to outdoor yard space, charcoal weber grill, teak patio dining set and chaise lounge. Snack station with Keurig, microwave, mini fridge.

Mission Private 1BR/BA Garden Suite Separate Entry

Luxury garden suite w/ private entrance, private bathroom, and hot tub in one of SF's hottest neighborhoods - the Mission. No shared spaces in this quiet Inner Mission one-bedroom w/ large living room, Xfinity, Apple TV, hi-speed Wi-Fi. Lots of room to spread out & relax. Strict cleaning regimen incl 30-min UVC light treatment per room, min 24-hour vacancy, sterile wipe down of all common surfaces. Come stay on the 1st floor of our beautiful 3-story house, complete with a separate entrance and private space including a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchenette. You will also have access to our laundry room and backyard garden, and you can use our kitchen upon request. Please note that, while we try to be respectful about noise, sound travels easily in our place. We also have two children and a cat, so you are likely to hear us at times. People from all backgrounds are welcome!

This is a spacious suite with private bathroom, counter. This room is at the back of our house behind the garage, window towards the wall. It has a Queen sized bed that sleeps two people. It's also equipped with a private counter. My husband and I are living upstairs, but you have your own private access downstairs to your room after entering the main door.
