There is a reception desk in the lobby, two elevators and wide stairs, a large communal freshwater swimming pool, restaurant, free parking, shared laundry facilities on the third floor and a library/computer room. The reception desk is always open and there is in-house security with a guard on duty between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.
