Royal Villa 4, Luxury 3-Bed Villa w/ Pool & Golf

The 3 bed, 3.5 bath property is located at end of a cul-de-sac in the Royal Westmoreland gated community with 24-hour security. The villa is on a split-level basis with the Queen Bedroom just to the left of the main entrance. The Living Room, Kitchen and Terrace are just a few steps up on entry. The Master Bedroom and Twin Room are downstairs with entry to the private pool accessible from both rooms. All bedrooms are en-suite and include ample walk-in closet space, and air-conditioned.

A beautiful villa in a quiet cul-de-sac close to Holetown. The house has four spacious en-suite bedrooms and a media room which doubles as a 5th bed ensuite. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and is attached to the laundry. The entry foyer leads to the beautiful livingroom. Adjacent is a open plan outdoor dining and living space, which leads to the pool deck with gazebo seating and a plunge pool. There is also a bar for entertaining from inside or by the pool deck.
