The area is close to the beaches of Aquidneck Island, the fabulous Cliff Walk and is three miles from Naval Station Newport. The property is well kept and offers off street parking. There is also a small deck with awning which offers a scenic and private place to relax. Two night minimum! Apartment is attached to a two hundred year old farmhouse. 3 beds = 1 queen and 2 twins for your group. ONLY a $10 cleaning fee from us! Our spot is PERFECT for attending summer weddings, especially at Newport Vineyards or Glen Manor! Avoid overpriced hotels and come get cozy at K & K's place. Enjoy walks on the BEST beaches (2nd & 3rd, avoiding red seaweed 1st beach). Find some peace and quiet amidst our serene setting, but just a stones throw from bustling Newport (avoid that congestion and the parking nightmare!)

Located 4 houses from Narragansett Bay and 1 mile to the famous "Sunset Beach" (thus all the sunset pictures), you can ride bikes or drive to beach, come home for lunch/nap and return in the afternoon or sunset cocktails! Note: This house is not winterized—it does not have a heating system. Electric baseboard is not connected to power. Window AC in living/dining and each bedroom.
