It was a great experience! I highly recommend the place! People were very friendly and genuinely helpful with me, I haven’t had any problem since my arrival and it will be a great pleasure to visit the place again. I couldn’t think of better location when I was looking. It really matched my expectations. Everything about the place was perfect and I was vary happy to stay there for a while. I highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment overlooking the sea. The flat was extremely clean, well furnished and comfortable, situated within minutes of local beaches, shops, restaurants and amenities. Im Cascadas Resort haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage war stets sauber und sie ist sehr schön gestaltet, von den Pools zu den Spielplätzen bis hin zu den Pflanzen. In Adrianas Wohnung haben wir eine schöne Zeit gehabt. Bei der Einrichtung wurde sich Mühe gegeben, alles ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Auf Fragen hat Adriana sofort reagiert und hat umgehend alles geregelt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, liebe Adriana.

This modern apartment is in a secure building a 5-10 minute walk from a sandy beach on the Black Sea. The large pool area is beautiful and a great place for both adults and kids. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. The large windows have curtains for blocking the morning sun, and the balcony is perfect for morning coffee or for drying laundry. Yes! There’s a washing machine! We were there in mid October and so the beaches were empty, however, we still took advantage of the beautiful beach weather. We used this spot as a jumping-off point for exploring the sights and rich archeological history found along the coast from Varna south toward the Turkish border. Natalija, the hostess, was helpful and quick to respond to questions. I would certainly stay here again in the future.

Great place with everything you need. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub, an iron, a hairdryer, also a nice balcony. The apartment complex has a nice swimming pool which I really enjoyed. About 8-10 min walk distance to the beach and the main street, and there’s some nice restaurants and shops nearby as well. Tatyana is a great host, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and a great person as well! I’m really glad that we happened to meet and I’ll be happy to stay there again next time!

Ivomir był z nami stałe w kontakcie. Przygotował zabawki i inne niezbędne akcesoria dla naszego synka. Apartament oferował wszystko co przydatne na plaży. Niewątpliwa przewaga tego miejsca jest przestronny taras i widok na morze, Złote Piaski i Nesebar. niewiele jest takich miejsc w okolicy. Czuliśmy się jak w domu, więc nawet pochmurne dni nie były nam straszne. To był naprawdę wygodny pobyt, który zawsze zapadnie w naszej pamięci. Co prawda dość wysoko, bez windy, ale nasz 2-letni syn wchodzil na górę sam mówiąc „lubię te schody”. Na pewno polecimy to miejsce znajomym i rodzinie!

The apartment was spacious and incredibly comfortable, with a stylish design and all the amenities you could need for your stay. The balcony offers a breathtaking view of the sea. The host was exceptionally courteous.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the apartment and can recommend it. Here are some details of our thoughts: Positives - beautiful terrace with very nice view over the sea - great complex with pools and very close to nice beaches - family oriented complex, rather quiet - air conditioning - good size of apartment, kept clean - two bathrooms - well-equipped kitchen - very quick and friendly conversation with our host Negatives - some furniture/appliances were quite run down - when the open-air nightclub in Sveti Vlas turned up the music we could hear it throughout the whole night (it happened to us only one time on a Saturday night) Thank you very much for hosting us.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, duży apartament z dużymi i przestronnymi sypialniami. Bardzo blisko morza i mariny.

Гарне розташування, близько до центру та близько до моря. Поряд магазинчик. Трошки заголосно з дороги, але відпочинку не заважає. Наявність двох ванних кімнат великий бонус! Кухня повністю укомплектована - холодильник, морозильна камера, духовка, плита, посудомийна та пральна машини. Чистий постіль та рушники. Помешкання було дуже чистим, коли ми приїхали. Дякую за гарний відпочинок.

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

Absolutely a fantastic spot looking over the ocean, everything needed was supplied excpet 1 thing, a kettle. Being a Brit a kettle is important, but we worked around that tiny thing. You can walk to many excellent resaurants in a couple of minutes and Old Nesebar is a beautiful place. The actual appartment was very clean and well presented with plenty of room for four adults. Overall an excellent visit and wouldn't hesitate to go again or recommend to anyone who wanted to have a superb base in old Nesebar.

A lovely rustic apartment above a pretty resturaunt in the heart of the old town. The highlight was definitely the balcony overlooking the bay with a fabulous view. Being above a resturaunt there is some mild background noise but nothing major and was always quiet in the later evenings. The island itself is mainly free of traffic and very quiet at night so you can enjoy the sounds of the waves! Also very handy for the fast ferry to Sozopol.

My husband and I loved staying here! The owners were incredibly sweet and hospitable, and the room was warm, comfortable and well outfitted. We loved the charming balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The place has everything you need, the location is perfect, and staying here in the off season is much more enjoyable, since you have the old town to yourself, no traffic or crowds. Great apartment, great resort, looks like the photos, the gardeners are always there trimming the hedges or mowing the lawn so that everything is looking great. Fully equipped apartment, spacious and comfy.

Love the place and the apartments. Saint Vlas is one of the most peaceful and beautiful places on the coast, and apts located well with the 50 meters or less to the sea and everything else close too (groceries, bars, etc). Also apts are spacious with great big terrace. There are some minor thigs could be cons for someone (sofa is not the most comfortable, for example), but for short stay I don't care about. Alex, the apts landlord, is always in touch and helpful.

Чудесен комплекс за настаняване на границата между Несебър и Равда! Красиво място и малък апартамент, предлагащ нужните удобства, за да се почувстваш като у дома си! Атмосферата, създадена от Катерина - официалната домакиня на този апартамент, е нещо, което няма как да не направи впечатление. Цветно, уютно, със стени, изпъстрени със снимки и картини... Сякаш влизаш и някой започва да ти разказва история! Беше една много хубава едноседмична почивка за тричленното ни семейство! Радвам се, че избрахме правилното място!

Все понравилось, была только проблема с интернетом, но для нас самое важное было - это солнце и море. Бесплатная стоянка есть недалеко около заправки, магазины рядом, до моря 5 минут ходьбы.

The place was nice, clean, cosy and very close to the beach (around 6-7 slow walk). It had the most comfortable bed I've ever sleep in (my back is grateful for this!).

Престоят ни беше прекрасен. Мястото е доста спокойно, на 2 минути от плажната ивица. Настаняването е много удобно и Sharron е много гостоприемна. С голямо удоволствие бихме се върнали пак. 😊

Olena is a great host--proactive, responsive, helpful and engaged. She went above and beyond to help us sort a minor problem with the kitchen and was very present in getting us settled in at the beginning of our stay. Daria, her neighbour who helps with guests, was lovely, cheerful and took good care of us. The place itself, while a wee bit smaller than the photos suggest, was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything worked very well. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place to others!
