This well appointed home is located on a cul-de-sac with next to no traffic. It is about 15 minutes away from Sunday River skiing and half that to Main St in Bethel. We are just off of North Road which runs along the north side of the Androscoggin River. A short trail takes you to the river and a snowmobile trail. Other available activities include golf, biking (Evan's Notch), hiking, snowshoeing, fishing, canoeing and kayaking. Come back to a fireplace and hot tub, or just relax all day.

Pleasant River 3 bed | 2 bath, Hot Tub

Beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home at pleasant river campground. The master bedroom has a king bed with bath attached, one other bedroom has a queen bed and the final room has two XL twin beds. This house comes with a hot tub that’s used exclusively by this rental and also a fire pit. In the summer months we have a table & chairs outside along with a grill to be used by this home only.
