This little house in Sumter, SC. is probably the best Airbnb I have ever visited and I have stayed in many, both here in the USA, and abroad. It is special because it has a beautiful pond with a dock in the back, lots of trees, and a field in front. The best part is a delightful room in the back of the house which overlooks the pond. I call it "the deck room" because there is a small living room inside but this room feels like an outside deck. It has three walls that are made of panels of glass. It is heated in winter and air conditioned in summer. There is also a front porch with glider chairs. The house is tastefully decorated and has comfortable furniture and beds. There is a kitchen with pots, pans and dinnerware. You can eat inside in the dining area or out in "the deck room". The house is located in town but there are big ares of opened space. There are three other houses in the immediate area but you can't see them from the house which gives a sense of privacy.

We had a sudden death in our family and I reached out and was immediately contacted to book...our stay was amazing under the circumstances and we look forward to returning on better circumstances..because it felt that much like home...thank you for your hospitality my family really appreciated it

I had a great experience staying here! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Communication with the host was excellent they were responsive, accommodating, and made sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The Cabin at Minehill

This was such an adorable unplugged retreat. From the top of the hill you couldn’t see another living soul. It was so peaceful and quiet and beautiful. Watched the sunset and sunrise. Very responsive and the place was very clean and comfortable temperature.

We enjoyed our stay very much with a few exceptions. The master could use a bedside table for phones keys etc. The front yard had a lot of fleas we tried really hard to keep them out of the house. Thank you Kodi you have a really nice roomy place.

You can tell her and her husband are professional host. this was my first time staying in Airbnb and I immediately felt like family. they are very engaging. we had a great conversation. they have management experience and rental businesses and you can tell house is well kept very functional and impressive better than most hotels. it was as advertised. she also gave me some milk when II needed it. very friendly. took care of any problems that arose. I would definitely come back and stay again. I consider them friends. there is a nice carport that you can park your car in if you want it out of the weather. my room was spacious, clean comfortable had its own bathroom. lot of small touches that gave it a wonderful feel. I could definitely tell that they both put a lot of work into their home to make guests feel comfortable and it was certainly a professional setup. I would recommend this host to anybody. George and Teresa are wonderful people. thank you for letting me stay at your home

This was my first AirBnB stay. The host made it easy for me to find with excellent communication. The house is in a quaint neighborhood with good parking behind the house. Room was clean and there is a patio in the backyard to sit out.

This remodeled home was done perfectly. Awesome little spot, even tho it’s a small home it feels like you have tons of room because of how it’s laid out. Grill outside was squeaky clean, and the host even brought us a brand new coffee pot because we couldn’t figure out how to work the espresso haha. If I’m ever back in the area again for work, I will stay here again. No question. Beds are super comfortable too. Thanks again!
