The Sumner Loft

Located in the heart of Sumner village centre, The Sumner Loft is an award winning architectural apartment with ocean glimpses. Great walks within 15 minutes, uphill to open farmland & downhill to Sumner beach, cafe's & restaurants. The studio is set in a quiet cul-de-sac with no road noise and with very quiet neighbours. It's a very restful setting.

This is a great place to relax and admire the views into Purau Bay and out to Lyttelton Heads. The cottage is hidden in the bush and very private (not a roof in sight) with spectacular views. Tranquility and peace are keywords here. Wake up to the song of the bell bird and the sun streaming in. It's a 5 minute walk to a cafe and restaurant and a 10 minute walk to the ferry to Lyttelton from which you can access Christchurch by bus.
