Enjoy the gorgeous views downriver of Gore Creek from the bright main room. This newly renovated modern mountain home has been redone with great care. Cozy up in front of the fireplace, or make a home-cooked meal in the fully stocked kitchen! We loved the location on the river so much, that’s why we bought here. The interior is all fresh and new. We walk less than a minute to get to the free vail bus, it’s so convenient! The entire space is yours. Enjoy the beautiful balcony overlooking Gorecreek or curl up on our new sofa to watch a movie with the fire on. We have an extremely comfortable new mattress that will make it hard to leave the bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with with all of the kitchen utensils you need to prepare a beautiful meal. Assigned parking steps from the door! We are always available by email or phone. Sometimes we are in the building, sometimes just a call away. Happy to help anytime. We are on the Gore Creek in West Vail. Looking down the river and conveniently located across from the Free Vail Bus at Ptarmigan stop. Only minutes to Lionshead and Vail village, with some of our favorite restaurants and the grocery store. Please let us know if you will be arriving with a car. Once you are here, the free Vail bus is the way to go, you don’t need to worry about driving: Just remember: “Red to ride” “Green to go home” We love to shred - let us know if you need any tips on our favourite spots in Vail!

Beautiful House on Ten Mile Creek

Soak up the solitude by sitting next to the river in the yard of this restful retreat. Indoors, there’s a fully fitted chef’s kitchen with attractive wooden cabinetry and cozy, stone-clad fireplace in the living room. Includes an alfresco hot tub. We are excited to welcome you to the River House on 10 Mile Creek and hope to accommodate your needs and make your stay memorable. It has been described as a restful retreat by many of our guests and we hope you find that to be true as well. We have rebuilt the back decks, added a hot tub and remodeled the basement bathroom in October, 2017. You will have access to the whole house, hot tub, 2 decks along the river, 2 car garage, and the yard with seating on the river. Send a text and I will get back with you as soon as possible. This neighborhood is quiet, clean, friendly and safe. There is hardly any traffic because the house is situated in a cul-de-sac. There are more bikes and pedestrians than cars on this street. Great restaurants can be found down Main Street. Public transit is easily available and there is a free ski shuttle to Copper Mountain 3 blocks from our house. We broke down and put a TV in all three bedrooms, so there are 4 TVs total. But do go outside!! A hot tub was installed in October of 2017, and the decks were rebuilt. We also remodeled the basement bathroom so that all the bathrooms are now in tip top shape.

Set off on the hiking trail right outside the door, carve up the nearby slopes, then unwind in the outdoor hot tub. With two master suites, our house is perfect for 2 families with children. We have a game room in the loft with numerous options for all ages. There is a hiking trail just out the front door, bus stop nearby on the free summit stage bus system, where you can reach the nearby outlet shopping or world class ski resorts. In the summer bring the golf clubs and enjoy Raven at Three Peaks golf course in Silverthorne or sailing and boating on the Dillion and Green Mountain Reservoirs. This property supports keyless access powered by August home. No access allowed in Owner lock off closets/rooms. We are available by phone. Hiking, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing are all available on trails nearby. Skiing is right next door at Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper, A-Basin, and Loveland. Ski Cooper, Vail, Beaver Creek and Steamboat are easy day trips. There is a free bus system in summit county and there is a bus stop less than a 1/4 mile from the house. The outlet stores are less than a mile from the house along the Blue River in downtown Silverthorne.
