We had a great stay in this small apartment in Shinjuku! It was very clean, practical, and ideal for two people. The space is well-organized and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A convenience store is just a few steps away, and the location is super close to public transport, which made it easy to get around Tokyo. Would definitely recommend for a short and convenient stay in the city!

My husband and I stayed here with our two kids (age 9 and 12) for our last three nights in Tokyo. It was an excellent, comfortable, and homey stay. We slept 3 in the beds and 1 on a mat/thicker foam pad on the floor in living room. The location was a little quieter and away from the crowds yet still so easily walkable to get in the action when you wanted. The place was very clean and spacious and had everything you needed. I could see it being ideal for a longer stay. Thanks!

Our stay was fantastic. The Section L apartment-hotel is like a home away from home, with all the essential amenities for a family traveling with a kid. We really enjoyed our stay, the East Ginza area (several playgrounds near by that our daughter enjoyed) and the walkability to the local train staying as well as central Ginza. We’ll be sure to book next year on our annual visit to Japan. And a big thanks to the Section L front desk staff - you were all helpful and friendly.

Had a great stay for about 26 days. It's like renting a real apartment and living there. You need to make your own food, buy your groceries, clean your clothes yourself. The only thing I missed a little bit because it was summer was a freezer, but with a supermarket a few minutes away you can buy the ice there. Station is about 15 minutes, but I always enjoyed the walk there. You can walk along a beautiful river for a bit to get the station. I didn't have any contact with other guests or neighbors, but the walls are thin and you can hear them sometimes. I can fully recommend this apartment if you don't want the hotel experience and more of a living experience

We loved the room, it was cute, cosy and had everything we needed. Selina was super communicative and helpful.

We stayed for 8 nights with a 2 year old. Great place, very spacious and clean, had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped. Area and place was very quiet and peaceful. Would recommend for families and people looking for a quiet place off the beaten path.

Studio idéal pour 2 personnes pour découvrir Tokyo ! Rue très calme, petit balcon très agréable, à 15mns de Shinjuku (LE hub pour aller dans tous les quartiers de la ville) en prenant l'une des 3 lignes de bus (32, 33 ou 35) qui sont à 100m de l'appartement ou directement le métro dont les 2 stations les plus proches sont à 8 et 12 minutes à pied. Nombreux kombini à proximité. Cassandra nous a permis de faire notre check in à 9h00 du matin en arrivant de l'aéroport, instructions hyper claires pour récupérer la clef dans la boite aux lettres. Bref, tout était parfait !

Great space for family, quiet, clean and convenience. 6 minutes walking distance to Ikebukuro C5 exit. At least 3 supermarkets close by. Close to airport shuttle bus.

We had a lovely stay at Jack’s place during our trip to Tokyo. The location in Ikebukuro was incredibly convenient — close to shops, train stations, and food options, yet tucked away just enough to be peaceful and quiet at night. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for our small family. Traveling with two young children can be challenging, but the space was comfortable and safe, and it had all the basic amenities we needed — including a washing machine, which was a big plus for us. Check-in was smooth, and Jack was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He provided clear instructions and was kind enough to check in on us via message, which we appreciated. Overall, this was a great home base for our Tokyo adventure, and we’re grateful for the hospitality. Thank you, Jack, for making our stay pleasant and stress-free! Highly recommended for families or anyone looking to stay in a lively yet convenient part of Tokyo.

The location of Hiromi's place was incredible and very walkable to Oshiage station and the Solamachi mall! We frequented the mall directly across the street, used the direct access from Narita and also to Disney. The view of Skytree was beautiful! The ease to 7-11 almost next door was very convenient. Hiromi was very quick to respond to all my questions, friendly, provided clear instructions and resolved a small issue brought to her attention. The home was exactly as described, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here as it made our first trip to Japan very comfortable. I highly recommended this home!

Superb spot, could walk from apartment to Senso-ji temple, Nakamise dori, Asahi building, Tokyo sky tree. We loved the eating options close by too. Cafe Veloce for breakfast was great. Ramen and gyoza sets for dinner not far from the apartment. Great convenience stores and a supermarket close by too. Good spacious living area for relaxing and do handy to have a good washing machine and hanging space.

Good location, just a few mins walk with many things to see along the way to Shibuya crossing. Although it is on the first floor, apartment is located on a quiet street so there is not much noise. Room is clean and spacious. The house is well equipped for living. Aircon is in great working condition if u want it hot or cold it can do both well. Water kettle to boil water is very clean too. The only con is the bed. It is smaller than a queen size bed. Thank you.

We had a great time at this place. It was close to mrt station and also convenient store was 1min away.

Masami was amazing! From the booking process to the stay, she was extremely communicative and responsive. Her guides in the home was thorough and left me feeling confident when navigating appliances in a difference language. The location was also very convenient. I would definitely recommend Masami!

The host is friendly, responsive when asking something about the room, the location is close to the station, close to convenience stores, the room is clean, the bathroom is not too small, the minus is if the room filled for 4 people it will feel cramped. This room is recommended for 2-3 people only. If I go to Tokyo, I will definitely book this room again.

The location is the best! Next to 3 major train lines. The place was perfect for 2 people and couldn’t ask for a better host! 7/11 is right across the unit super convenient. Will be going back here the next time I visit:) 10/10 recommend for solo travelers as well!!

N gave us great directions from Shinjuku station, which is a maze, and we found the place very easily. The apartment had everything we wanted. Possibly a few tea bags or a few coffee sachets would have added to it, but otherwise we did not need a thing. Great to have laundry facilities and again the instructions with this were clear. We were amazed at how peaceful the location was in the heart of such a huge and busy metropolis. There were some nice restaurants nearby and we ate out every evening. Definitely a place we would go back to; it felt like a home from home straightaway.

J’ai séjourné environ 2 semaines dans ce logement et j’en garde une excellente impression. Tout était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce, avec une propreté impeccable. Le lit est confortable, l’air climatisé fonctionne bien, la cuisine, bien que simple, est tout à fait adéquate pour un court séjour et si vous cuisinez peu (pas de four et une seule plaque de cuisson). La machine à laver (seulement laveuse, pas sécheuse) est facile à utiliser et la salle de bain est très bien, et ce, avec de l’eau chaude en tout temps. Le grand atout de cet appartement, c’est sans conteste sa localisation. À seulement 5 minutes de marche de la station Funabori, il est très facile de se rendre partout dans Tokyo. De plus, on trouve à proximité plusieurs konbinis (7-Eleven, FamilyMart, Lawson) ainsi qu’un grand supermarché (Aeon) Le quartier est calme et agréable, on a l'impression de vivre comme les locaux. En résumé, c’est un excellent pied-à-terre pour explorer Tokyo. Je reviendrais sans hésiter. 10/10!
