Very nice place to stay, I value the cleanliness. Only problem is that they make you download an app as the door key which doesn't work well sometimes. If your phone dies you won't be able to get into the hotel unless you tell them to come open for you

we had a great stay at Heritage in Chinatown. The location couldn't be more perfect, with different Metro stations close by to reach different parts of towns and right in the heart of Chinatown. The neighborhood is very nice and offers a lot of options for food from restaurants to local food courts for more budget, but still delicious meals. Yani, Maica and Mary from the hotel have been very helpful and always reactive via phone. We could easily check-in and access our room and even leave our luggages a few hours after check-out to still enjoy the last hours of our trip. We also got some recommendations for local places for where to eat or how to get around. Thank you !!

Exceptional service from staff - they were always on call to answer my questions (including how to hail a taxi to the airport). The staff will reach out via Whats App prior to your arrival to share information. You will have to download an app and authorize a security hold ahead of time - but that's pretty standard practice in Singapore. App was easy to use. This Heritage listing is a short walk from many bars and nightlife - and yet I was surprised by how quite and calm it was inside. I got excellent sleep the nights I was there.

We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Hotel Singapore. The location was perfect, the price was very reasonable, and the hotel itself was modern and stylish. A special thanks to Mae, Ryan, and Shannen — they were incredibly responsive and always replied within minutes. They kindly allowed us to leave our bags after checkout, which was a big help. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore!

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Mary and her team went above and beyond in so many aspects, including assisting in our stay to be memorable, safe, and comfortable. Mary herself is the epitome of HOSPITALITY - and her team behind the scenes on their "communication app" were proactive, kind, and demonstrated empathy throughout. They made this AirBnB booking feel like a home! As for the AirBnB, it is as advertised and what many of the other reviews state in regards to size, amenities, location, and so on are acurrate-ish. For the price and our needs (& looking at other price tags), this booking/fare was very fair. Should I return to Singapore, I'd very likely re-book at Heritage ChinaTown.

Edmar was very helpful . Even due to the night noise offered us earplugs. I felt very welcomed.

Superb location. However, the check-in process and having the access key on your phone was a bit complicated. Additionally, my room had a slight smell of sewage through out my stay. Other than that, it is a great value for your money.

The place is in a great location, very close to exit A of the Chinatown stop of the DT/NEL line. That makes it easy to get anywhere quickly and easily. Amenities are also great, and there are multiple grocery stores if needed. The nearby Chinatown and multiple cheap and fine dining hawker centers make it a great location. The hosts are incredibly responsive and proactive, chatting and checking up on the guests to ensure you're settled in and have everything you need. I had a great experience.

Very futuristic stay, using your phone as the key to the hotel and room lock. Neat! might be tricky for non tech savvy users and older phones. nice location for for restaurants and easy grab pickups. Note: Having a lot of heavy luggage might punish you, as there are many stairs and no elevator in the hotel and also many stairs outside.

Perfect location to explore Singapore! Had a great stay here and Daphne, Edmar, and Nica helped us consistently throughout our stay. The only con is that the room is small so if that's a deal breaker for you, probably give it a miss. Otherwise, place is perfectly located to walk anywhere around Singapore or grab a taxi. Good Aircon and shower etc which is pretty essential in Singapore. We had a great stay here and would stay again should we return to the city!
