Located 10 miles south of LAX, 3-5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk to Redondo Beach Pier. 20 min. to Palos Verdes scenic drive and coastal view points. Several hiking trails and golf courses in area, just 10-15 min away. Laundry open for those staying >3 days

Only a 5 minute walk and you'll find yourself at Wilson Park with many fun activities including pickleball, batting cages, and a huge farmers market. 15min walk to Gracie jiu-jitsu University Torrance.

Equipped with a full size bed, small desk, mini/dorm fridge, small microwave, electric kettle, toaster and silverware/plates/bowls/cups. The guest has their own private corner of the house - the entrance to the bedroom and bath is not shared and it's dedicated to the guest. No full kitchen, no additional appliances allowed. One guest only, no additional overnight guests.
