Your family will be close to everything Bristol has to offer when you stay at this beautiful home. Home was newly renovated in 2022 and is located in one of Bristol's nicest neighborhoods. You will be only 1.3 miles from downtown, 3 miles from the Bristol Casino, 9 miles from Bristol Motor Speedway, 15 miles from South Holston Lake, Barter Theatre, the Virginia Creeper Trail and a relatively short drive to at least 3 state parks and many other attractions. Highland Hideaway

This unique and beautiful craftsman home, originally built in 1917, is a piece of history with original hardwoods throughout and just the right combination of modern updates and classic craftsman charm. Our efficiency has a private entrance, full bathroom, king bed and living room space. Coffee maker, microwave, hair dryer and mini frig are in suite, with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board available in laundry room on site. Easy access to fenced backyard and fire pit. We are pet friendly!

Like New 4BR/2BA - Hot Tub, Pool Tbl & Movie Room

Welcome to the "Lucky Lady" and thank you for your interest in our property. We have spent the past few months completely renovating and furnishing this awesome place and everything is brand new. We have 4 queen bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 den areas, gourmet like kitchen, pool table room and theatre room. Plus, there are 2 outdoor living spaces that include a dining table, fire pit table, hot tub and Blackstone grill. The Bristol Casino is in our backyard and is literally steps off the patio.

It is located lakefront with access to boat dock with kayaks, swimming, enclosed private hot tub with tv and water activities. Gather around at the fire pit after a fun day at the lake. Cook in the fully furnished kitchen or better yet cook out on the grill. Curl up with a good book and watch the boats drive by. Centrally located close to State Street in Bristol and Johnson City. Covered front porch. Living room with plenty of seating. Fully equipped kitchen, along with washer and dryer on site. Big back deck has ramp for easy access to the yard, which is fully fenced. Beautiful in Bristol, 3 bedroom home.

A centrally-located, 105 yr old, 3 br spotless home, decorated to delight & amuse. On the Mark Vance Bike Trail, & we provide the bikes! Enjoy a self-guided bike tour of Bristol! 2 miles from Steele Creek Park. 1 mile from downtown. Enjoy restaurants & live music. There is a 2nd bathroom in the basement. Recently remodeled the downstairs bathroom! Please turn the knob on the front door to lock it as you are leaving. I hope you enjoy your stay at our Beauty!
