Our flat is located in one of the most historic neighborhoods in Istanbul; Galata. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the Galata Tower. There is a metro station across the street. The location is very close to the majority of the touristic attractions. The street is very quiet and safe, but still very central. Our building was built in 1905 and still maintaining its magical spirit. The flat is on the 4th floor, which is one floor below the common terrace.This house is 100 m2 in total & 3.10 m ceiling

This is a 158-year-old apartment in the historical Urgliavich Building with the closest and widest view of Galata Tower. The building was renovated in 2012 and today it is redecorated. My flat is just next to the Galata Tower which is one of the most famous historical landmarks of Istanbul. It is in the intersection of local and other touristic areas! 1 minutes walk (galata bridge, beyoglu, istiklal street, spice market etc). also 4 minutes away from metro, tram and bus stations where you can also hail a cap. There are many boutique cafes around. A professional cleaning is made before each booking.
