This flat is a beautifully designed Studio which offers everything you need for a short term stay. The studio offers a private bathroom with shower, a well equipped small kitchenette, a sitting area, a large size tv, free wifi, A.C. and central heating. There are 2 double size beds for 4 people and 1 sofa bed for 2 people , 1 couch . 3 AC In total. bathroom essentials will be provided with clean sheets and towels.

This is a 158-year-old apartment in the historical Urgliavich Building with the closest and widest view of Galata Tower. The building was renovated in 2012 and today it is redecorated. There are lots of and various historical/new restaurants, cafes, bars, and local shops in and around the Galata Tower Square. You will find boutique stores that sell mostly handcrafted jewelry, accessories, clothes, books and souvenirs, groceries supply all your daily needs.

Occupying a unique location, the house is 10 meters from the Galata Tower and a 5-minute walk from the Metro Tram and bus stops. The apartment has a well-appointed bedroom, bathroom, all equipped with modern fixtures and amenities. The large roof terrace is shared with another unit. Please note that there is no elevator in the building as this is a protected historic property.
