This stylish, 800 sq. ft studio has beautiful views of the Black Hills and is surrounded by national forest. It's a short 10 minute drive to Rapid City on the scenic Rimrock Highway. Amazing hikes and a scenic overlook are a short distance away. There's a private entry to the walk out lower level on a 6 acre lot. Studio has king sized bed, full bathroom, kitchenette w/ lg. fridge, microwave,toaster oven, coffee maker, etc . Outdoor parking or covered parking is available in inclement weather.

Spring is a beautiful time of the year to visit the Black Hills! Our 120 year-old home is located within walking distance of Lynn's DakotaMart grocery store, The Hearst Library, Roundhouse Liquors, Shiver's Brewery, and a great breakfast venue, That Place. Lewie's Burgers and The Stampmill are a very short drive. It's a quick drive to Deadwood. You can be on the ski/hike/bike/snowmobile trails in 1-4 minutes. The Mining Museum and Sanford Lab are close by. Note: The house does NOT have Wifi.

This is the LOWER UNIT of our home and was totally refinished in Aug. 2022. We are only 23 miles from Mt. Rushmore, 32 miles from Sturgis, 46 miles to Deadwood and 23 miles from Pactola Lake. We can accommodate up to eight people in this spacious, fully equipped 1356 sq foot cabin. There are three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Total serenity in the northern Black Hills on an acre of wooded property. Snow mobile and ATV trails are approximately 1 mile away, 4.5 miles from Mickelson Trail. For a fun evening in town Deadwood is 8 miles. Mount Rushmore, Keystone, Reptile Gardens are all about a 45 minute drive.
