Sunny central and spacious house

The house is a recently renovated mid-century modern house in the center of Nicosia. It features 3 bedrooms with new comfy beds, an independent, fully equipped kitchen with its own veranda where one can enjoy breakfast or dinner outside, a stylish living room and beautiful dining room. The master bedroom has a dedicated study area and of course wifi. In addition, guest have access to a private parking place. The town center bustling with restaurants, shops and coffee shops are walking distance.

Nicosia abitazione tradizionale

The house is situated in the Old City of Nicosia (Greek side), inside the Venetian walls, within walking distance of Famagusta Gate. It is an example of traditional city architecture of the late 19th – early 20th century, restored to perfection under the supervision of the Nicosia Municipality. Furnished with antique furniture and decorated with much care and respect for the local traditions, the house is the perfect place to be if you want to explore Cyprus’s capital and feel its unique spirit.

Walking distance from the Old Town of Nicosia, Eleftheria Sqaure, Museums and other amenities. Perfect base for anyone who is visiting Nicosia for business or leisure.

Spacious 2 bedroom house with free parking space

Newly renovated and refurbished entire house located in central North Nicosia. The house is 2 minutes away from the central bus terminal where you can reach all parts of the country. The house is reachable to the historic old city and main crossing point to Southern Nicosia on foot. The area is filled with restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Suitable for all types of families getting IVF treatment or expecting babies through surrogacy. Rental cars can be arranged upon request.

A home away from home...This place is a unique family home where you can relax, recreate and connect with your beloved, while having everything you need available for you. This home welcomes parents with little babies as it provides the proper amenities to accommodate a newly formed family. Unique House/Apartment in Latsia

A comfortable 1bedroom apartment with its own parking space. An open space kitchen with a living room face a large window to the garden and a patio on the side, providing extreme light all day. Unique location, quiet neighbourhood. Only 1 min drive to GSP stadium and the motorway, and 2 min drive to the Mall of Cyprus, the General Hospital and Athalassa National Forest Park. 10 min drive to the University of Cyprus. Also, 25 minutes drive to Larnaca airport and the beach.

Mediterranean charme

This special place in the old walled city of Nicosia is located in a very quite residential area of the city. The house is nearby restaurants, handicrafts' shops, and a park. 30 minutes away from the island's main airport - Larnaca, it is easily accessible by car (free street parking), and not far from a bus station. One of the few properties in the walled city with a second floor, it offers a big terrace with view over the city skyline and the pentadaktilo mountains.
