Hummerlyckan is a charming house located at Strandvagen in Hamburgsund. The house is spacious with two floors and a cozy secluded apartment in the basement. Ideal for 1-2 families. The house has a unique location only 20m from the sea shore with a magnificent view and evening sun until late hours. Located about 200m from ICA Supermarket and there are 4 restaurants within 200m. Large lawn outside and on the other side of the road is the wharf. The ferry to Hamburgo is located around 100m south.

Hamburgsund, Bovallstrand, Fjällbacka, Grebbestad och Smögen är några av de pittoreska kustsamhällen som du når med bil på ca 20 minuter. Bil är ett måste. Nordens Ark, Havets hus, Vitlycke och naturreservaten Valö, Ramsvik och Tjurpannan är fina besöksmål i närheten. Husdjurs och rökfritt! Välkommen!

Comfortable holiday house for 6 pers, just outside Uddevalla, in the heart of the Swedish west coast. Perfect location with lots of privacy. Separate guesthouse available. Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

In addition, it is close to sea bathing, fishing, paddling with our two kayaks and walking distance to our charming local restaurants (Havstenssunds Bistro and Skaldjurcaffeet). It is 8 km to Grebbestad where there is a rich selection of restaurants and shops that are open all year round.

Hus på 44kvm med möjlighet att bo fem personer. Huset är vackert beläget med utsikt över ängar och berg. Framför huset finns en stor gräsmatta som kan användas för lekar och andra aktiviteter. Det är fem minuters promenad till havet och i viken finns en eka som man får låna. På ön finns en fiskaffär och restaurang, också den fem minuters promenad från huset. Naturen på ön är mångskiftande med öppet hav och klippor i väst, små jordbruk och skog mitt på ön.

Naturskönt och stadsnära boende

Vackert och lantligt boende som ligger nära centrala Lysekil (6 min med bil ca 10min med cykel). Området är lugnt med ett mycket fint läge Familjevänligt med: klättervägg/aktivitetsrum Stor trädgård med fotbollsmål, lekstuga, studsmatta Nära till havet med badstrand och brygga Omgivningen runt boendet bjuder på vacker natur med fina stigar för både promenader, löpning och MTB-cykling. Boendet har tillgång till egen uteplats. Grill finns att låna.

Centralt fristående litet hus med parkeringsplats

Nybyggt litet hus ca 50 kvm i två plan. Centralt beläget ca 10 min gångavstånd till Kosterbåtarna. Nära till allt. I huset finns en 140-säng och en 105-säng samt en bäddsoffa som är 140 bred. Det ingår täcken och kuddar men ej sänglakan eller handdukar. Ungdomar som vill festa får välja något annat boende, detta ligger i ett lugnt område.
