Plockton - Unique Thatched Cottage

This truly unique thatched cottage enjoys a central yet peaceful location in the the beautiful village of Plockton. The cottage sleeps two in studio style accommodation, with shower room and a well equipped kitchen. It is close to the loch, perfect for kayaking, and just a short stroll to pubs, restaurants, shops or even seal trips, the location is perfect. It is truly unique and centuries old, but has modern comforts throughout and even its own off street parking, a rare find in Plockton!

Station Master's at Strathcarron Station House is a luxury self catering holiday apartment on the world-famous Kyle Line, one of the “Great Railway Journeys”. Be the Station Master in this wonderful two bedroom first floor apartment which has been restored to its former glory but given the contemporary touches that complete a relaxing break. Enjoy peaceful views to surrounding mountains and watch the trains right underneath your window! Half a mile from NC500 too! Sorry no children under 13.

Samphire Lodge with sauna - stunning loch views

A stunning three bedroom Highland lodge on The North Route 500, boasting spectacular views. Samphire lodge is situated on a hill giving it a vantage overlooking the sea Loch to the Attadale valley. Situated at the edge of the village, you are a short stroll from local amenities. Indoors you are greeted by the warm colour of the wood, and feels especially cosy when the cast iron fire is roaring. Samphire Lodge has three spacious bedrooms, a wet room, an outdoor sauna and fully equipped kitchen.

Kishorn Kabin

The Kishorn Kabin is a cosy, self-catering, open planned wooden Cabin. Our guests say it's a "home from home". Equipped with gas central heating, a wood burning stove & open plan living/kitchen . You will have your own parking & storage (inc. bikes) area. A perfect place to explore the west highlands, Skye or stop off on the north coast 500. Your Host is from the Highlands & loves sharing her knowledge with you. We are conveniently located opposite the famous Kishorn Seafood Bar Restaurant.

Seaview Cottage Stromeferry

A unique chance to stay at what can only be described as one of the more beautiful locations in the Scottish Highlands. A stone's throw from the crystal clear waters of Loch Carron. Our quaint 160 year old fisherman's cottage, coupled with its incredible seaside location makes for a perfect relaxing and romantic getaway. We will do our best to meet you, but if not it is self check in. Enjoy the peace and quiet. Heartened in the cooler months with central heating and wood burning stove.

Captain's Croft

Small original croft house in the heart of the Highland village of Plockton. There are coral beaches and dramatic views from the many forest and hill walks. Perfect base for people wanting to explore the Isle of Skye, Applecross and the surrounding area. The croft comes with a fully equipped kitchenette and wet-room all with underfloor heating. Restaurants and local pubs within easy walking distant. The accommodation has its own driveway. Pets welcome. Basic groceries supplied.

One of the best located holiday cottages with a sea view, we are nestled by the beach, overlooking Glenelg Bay, where guests will enjoy stunning Highland vistas "over the sea to Skye" and beyond to the South West, towards the sound of Sleat and the islands of Rhum and Eigg.

A delightful place to stay and newly finished in May 2019 'The Wee House' can be found right next door to our own (slightly bigger) house, 'Heisgeir'. We will be on hand just next door to give you a warm welcome and to ensure your stay with us, and whilst you explore the Skye and Lochalsh area , is both enjoyable and peaceful. Being born and brought up in the area we hope our local knowledge will allow you make the most of your trip.

Croft House Bothy in Heart of Highlands

With no running water or cooking facilities, this is not for the faint hearted. Bathe in a cold mountain stream, see the stars in the dark night sky, feel the heat from a crackling fire, listen to the waterfall.

Tigh A'Mhuillin (The Mill House) is a lovely detached home close to picturesque coastal villages (5 miles from Shieldaig and 17 miles from Applecross), with shops and pubs. Fabulous hill walking and climbing in the Torridon mountains, mountain biking on tracks and quiet roads, fishing, and sea trips to explore this beautiful part of the Highlands. For the less energetic, just sit, relax and watch the ever-changing scenery.
