With its own entrance, nice-sized bathroom, and spacious closet, this cozy studio is ready for business or leisure! Plus, it's close to just about everything you need - UC Berkeley, Downtown Berkeley and BART, the Greek Theater, award-winning restaurants, and views at the Rose Garden.

Spacious Studio Apartment Walk to Downtown and UC

Separate entrance to sun-filled, spacious studio apartment above main house. Private balcony overlooks a large garden that guests may use. 15+ minute walk to UC, downtown theaters, restaurants, BART to San Francisco. Queen bed, sitting area, and small fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster (not a full kitchen). 6 steps to front door; 14 steps to the studio. If over 6 ft. tall, this might not be for you (low ceiling). If you want peace & quiet surrounded by a beautiful garden this is for you!

Cozy Elmwood Studio near UC Berkeley

Our Cozy Elmwood Studio is like a tiny hotel room with all the comforts of home. This 120sq ft (15'x8'), newly remodeled, nicely appointed studio is an independent structure ideal for 1 guest, cozy for 2. The door of the studio faces our back patio, so you may hear us. The nightly rate includes use of our driveway. Please let us know and we will leave it empty for you. **Starting September 1, 2017 Berkeley is requiring hosts to collect a 14% occupancy tax. This is included in your fees.**

Bright Garden Suite near UCB & Greek Theater

This spacious, bright bedroom with a private attached bathroom is situated at the back of the house and opens onto a shared garden. Sleep on a king memory foam mattress and enjoy the natural light that pours through the skylight. This centrally located home is: * 3 min walk to coffee, cafes and shops * 8 min walk to UC Berkeley * 18 min walk to downtown Berkeley BART * 20 min walk to the Greek Theatre No car is needed to get around but off-street parking is available with advance notice.

Berkeley Hills Maybeck Cottage

Built in 1925, Maybecks' “Cubby” is your private, rustic, 750 sq ft, carriage house located less than a mile from Cal. Homey and basic - the deck is great for lunch, dinner, or just hanging out. It's an easy walk down to the gourmet ghetto, Thursday Markets, buses and BART. Carport provided, a car is recommended (hey it's located in the hills.) Not baby proofed, minimal fencing - sorry, no pets, babies or toddlers. Smoke free, no butts about it. Sorry, no loud music, or large gatherings.

Charming Berkeley tiny cottage

Charming garden TINY house in a Julia Morgan home - cozy, private setting, ideal Berkeley location in the heart of the Elmwood neighborhood. Just blocks from shopping, restaurants, UC Berkeley campus and hiking trails. One full sized bed, drawers, hangers, small shower. beautiful garden area. Separate entrance. You need have no contact with owners. Completely separate building with own entrance & no contact on arrival or departure. Lovely sunny room opening to a serene and private patio for outdoor relaxing. In a quiet but vibrant community. Walk to or take public transportation to UC campus, Downtown Berkeley, Ashby BART Station (easy 20 minute walk), the famous Berkeley Bowl grocery store (15 minute walk), and much more.

Located halfway up the steep Berkeley hillside in a quiet residential area. The space has amazing natural light with 4 skylights and garden facing windows. There is a patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. Previously an art studio, now a simple detached cottage at the entrance of our property. Convenient & Peaceful Designer Studio

Wake up in a sleepy neighborhood and walk to coffee before hopping on the train to explore the city. Our guest suite is a 5 minute walk to the train station (BART), major bus lines, a plethora of coffee shops, eateries, yoga, gym, and farmers market on Tuesdays. A 4 minute drive will get you to the freeways, groceries and many poplar neighborhoods.
