Darling Cottage Backing to Open Space

So quiet, so serene, so simple. Hardwood floors, screen doors & porches. A complete kitchen has modern appliances, stocked with dinnerware & cookware. The living room looks out to meadows where deer live in the meadow behind the home. Read a book on the back porch. Take a nap in the cool & cosy bedrooms. You will not want to leave. Major grocers are 20 min away. A newly opened cafe, The Peach Tree Cafe, is within walking distance and is delightful for breakfast or lunch 9-2 Thursday-Sunday.

1930's Stone Cottage with spectacular views

Enjoy a piece of history, this stone house was built in the 1930's. One of three that were part of Rimrock Ranch Bar Lazy-R, a "dude ranch" where VIPs and movie stars would stay as they were filming westerns in the Sedona area or relaxing. In the 60’s it was Mobster getaway hiding spot. The stone house sits elevated on a hillside with overlooking panoramic views of forestry land, local homes & farms, with scenic pinions. Newly decorated, fireplace, 65" Sony, Wi-Fi, 2 cozy bedrooms and pretty, reclining couches, clean everything! Large porch w/ propane blue glass firepit, as well as a propane BBQ. Large yard, ALL fenced in with grass. Your dogs will love it! $30 per dog for entire stay! $150 refundable deposit is due to Host prior to check-in.

Come relax on the front and back patios or curl up in the recliner with a good book or a movie. PLEASE NOTE, Airbnb is now offering an option to pick a different check in time outside of the 4pm check in. We are not able to prepare the space from previous nights guests before 4pm.
