Pour a glass of bubbly and soak your worries away in your own luxurious spa bath. Just a short stroll from the river, beach, pub and shop. No pets.

Adela Cottage - 5 min walk to CBD and all you need

Adela Cottage is a centrally located character home right near the Rail Lands Precinct with its walking and bike tracks and a five minute walk to the Lakes Plaza (Kmart, Chemist, shopping), supermarket, cafes/restaurants and shopping in the Main Street. We are also a two minute walk to Wulanda Aquatic & Recreation Centre. And only a two minute drive to the beautiful Blue Lake. Adela Cottage has central heating to keep you warm and cosy in winter and ceiling fans to keep you cool in summer.

Annie's Apartment has been renovated, including underfloor heating in the bathroom and toilet. It is close to Market Place Shopping Centre, Mt. Gambier Hospital, CBD & Sporting Facilities. We want you to be comfortable and feel at home during your stay. Convenient Self Checkin. Off street parking available adjacent to the apartment. No Parking in Garage . Free Wireless NBN. We are Not Pet friendly and we are STRICTLY NON SMOKING of any type ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY both inside and outside

The Tawarri Studio is a beautiful lime stone studio apartment. It has one spacious living area with a lofty vaulted ceiling with a luxury bathroom attached. The Studio is well appointed with aircon, kitchenette, TV, and is nestled on an acre of bushland garden that it shares with the main house. It’s a stone's throw from the Glenelg river, the Lower Glenelg National Park, And the pristine beaches of Discovery Bay. Note - we are currently unable to provide linen for our guests. Apologies.

Nangwarry ParkView, whole house, Limestone Coast

Situated amongst the beautiful pine forests of the Limestone Coast, conveniently located centrally between Mount Gambier and the renowned Coonawarra wineries, Nangwarry is a great base to access the many beautiful locations to explore in the region. Park View Nangwarry has a lovely vista overlooking a park. The park includes a free bbq, playground and is a short walk to peaceful forests. The township of Nangwarry offers a licensed convenience store, road house, and post office.

Plovers Rest at Cape Douglas

Located in the quiet coastal township of Cape Douglas, Plovers Rest is a beautiful eco-friendly home which is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. With access to fantastic coastal walks, snorkelling, and surf breaks nearby, Cape Douglas is a prime location for the outdoor activities and fishing. Cape Douglas is located approximately 12km from Port MacDonnell and 35km from Mount Gambier. Longer stays can be negotiated. Best suited for a couple.

River 2C, Scenic views & close to facilities

River 2C is a beautifully presented 3 bedroom, home with an amazing outlook over the estuary & Glenelg River. Its excellent location makes the newly renovated pub, kiosk and river less than a 5min walk from the house. The stunning enclosed gazebo area has amazing river views and makes for an ideal place to cook a BBQ dinner and watch the sunset over the estuary, protected from the elements and any pesky bugs .

Residing at 14 Keegan Street, this stunning character cottage started its story in 1920, and has slowly been restored to its renovated state over the past two years. This two-bedroom cottage lies central to the township, and within walking distance to all that Mount Gambier has to offer. It is only 500 metres to the centre of town and a range of shopping and delicious food & drink options.
