Self-contained with a private entrance. Queen-size bed in loft, single bed on main floor. Private bathroom with shower. Private access to beach. Close to ferry, a short walk to the local village. This 800 sf home has all new appliances and a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Located one block from the sea wall and just a few minutes walk from the main shopping strip on the water front. The backyard has been graciously updated with a new seating area, hot tub, and pellet BBQ.
