The Barn on Broadway: A 1900's reno was brought back to life in 2025. This fresh space balances history with beautiful new finishes. It's a stand alone property with an open concept- loft-style one bedroom king, full kitchen, 3/4 bath and a cozy back patio. The space sits next to Body Mechanix Massage (don't forget to book your services ahead of time!) and is within walking distance to historic downtown Dover, just a short drive to many seacoast beaches and minutes from UNH.

The Lotus is your zen home away from home. Enjoy peace and tranquility on your private back deck, the amazing salt water hot tub (exclusively use) new sauna, heated seasonal outdoor shower, deep bathtub (showering is tricky for people taller then 5'5)with bluetooth speaker.Comfortable king size bed with European bedding and a single fold out foam mattress on the 1st floor, that was just finished as another relax area, with 70" TV, record player, hammock & hanging chair.

The Ranch is a great place to relax after enjoying the fresh outdoor air. Each day provides spectacular sky views and beautiful scenes of nature frolicking through fields while encompassed by amazing tree lines outlining the New Hampshire Mountain ridge.
