Great house and location. This was my 2nd time staying here and will definitely be coming back again.

Enjoyable stay in Harvey's comfortable home for 3 nights with 2 adults and 2 dogs. We loved the layout and decor of the 2 bedrooms, eat-in kitchen with wonderful amenities, 2 sitting areas, nice bathroom with tub and shower and even a breezeway! The backyard was great for the dogs and will be blooming with trees and flowers once winter leaves New Hampshire. Highly recommend Harvey's property. He's most definitely a 5-Star innkeeper!

Absolutely fabulous weekend at Mary’s cottage by the lake. We loved our stay and had an amazing time. Things to note: - there is a short walk to the water access. While we were there, the lake unfortunately had a Cyanobacteria bloom so we were not able to swim but this was remedied as the association has access to pools. - The main living area is on the second floor but there are bathrooms on both levels! - There are no fires in either the indoor fire place or outdoor fire pit with the exception of duraflame log fires allowed. Overall we loved our stay and are hoping to return soon!

We had a great weekend in Alton at Liz’s place. Liz was super responsive in the weeks leading up to our trip - and the house exceeded our expectations. Definitely the highlight of our summer.

Karen’s home is perfect and so comfortable for a family getaway. We had the most peaceful time in the most beautiful home and setting. Karen is a wonderful host. Thank you for sharing your amazing home.

We had a nice time weekend despite the rainy weather. The house was great, spacious and clean. The deck was great with plenty of seating. Beautiful view of lake. Would definitely recommend!!!

We enjoyed a great stay at this place, it was quiet and peaceful just what we were looking for. The food in the area was excellent and we enjoyed exploring some local spots. Will definitely return in the future

We spent almost a month in this place and felt at home the entire time. The place was very well equipped and we lacked nothing. It was clean and the hosts even took care of snacks and bath products. Contact with Parvaneh was easy and we always got a quick response. We would definitely come back to this place.

Great place to stay long term as I got settled into a new job in the area. Instructions were clear, place was clean, and it was in a convenient location. Great experience overall!

Dennis and Julie’s place is impeccable! Beautifully decorated and so comfortable and relaxing. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. Anything and everything is thoughtfully provided in this warm and inviting space. We would definitely stay again.

Cozy, clean apartment within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Wine and toiletries were an extra nice extra touch! Great communication!

Nice place, clean, comfy bed, very well stocked, had everything i needed for a month. I work from home, over the internet. My only recommendation to Alan and Martha is to fix the wifi which went down multiple times per day and disconnect me from my job and conference calls. The first 3 or so times it happened, i called & texted the 2 phone numbers that Alan provided (in a note on the fridge). I also left a voice mail and knocked on their front door. but i never heard back about my text or voicemail. Eventually I unplugged are re-plugged the antenna/router which fixed the issue most times. Sometimes you have to do it 2 or 3 times, but eventually it does work.

I LOVE this place! This is my second visit here. I've stayed at several lovely AirBnBs in this area and this is my favorite for numerous reasons. The apartment is spacious and beautiful, Doug and Jessica are warm, welcoming and available/responsive if you need anything, downtown restaurants are a 10-15 minute walk, and if you love the sound of trains, they run in the back yard several times a day! The ONLY drawback is that it can be hard to book at times because it's understandably popular. I will make plans way in advance next time so that I can enjoy this wonderful oasis again.

This Airbnb was great! I was in town for a double header sports event at UNH and the location was perfect. It was easy to find, had plenty of parking, was very spacious for myself and my daughter and was walking distance to all sorts of downtown places. I’m usually not one for cooking when I go away, but for a few reasons I had to this time. The kitchen wasn’t cluttered, but had everything I needed. The shower had good water pressure and the beds were very comfortable. There’s not one bad things I can say about this place. I’ll definitely look to stay here again in the future.

The apartment was spacious and the bedroom off of the main was so cozy. Loved the amenities and features (made everything convenient) and it was decorated so nicely. We had everything and more that we needed.

Great place right on the water!

This was an absolute beautiful stay. The views of the lake with the fall foliage was breathtaking. The home had everything we needed and was perfectly clean. Would definitely come again.

Four adults spent a week in Alton Bay. The deck gets morning sun which was wonderful before the heat of the day settled in. We loved the walk ability of the Bay. Great breakfast next door. Two sit down restaurants and one walk up restaurant within a quarter mile. Grocery store about 10 minutes away. Beautiful Lakeside public park and swimming area right next door. The condo is very spacious and well decorated. The hosts responded immediately to a few missing items. If you are looking for a small town, lakeside, summer vacation. We would recommend Breakaway.
