Welcome to Uncommon Accommodations, a collection of several unique tiny houses and glamping sites on a 14-acre property along the beautiful Lamoille River! Relax in the 6-person outdoor hot tub (shared access with other guests on the property) and enjoy sweeping views of the Green Mountains & a quaint farm across the river. The property includes 2,000 feet of river frontage with multiple swimming holes and access to a waterfall.

Located in the village of Morrisville, this 1893 Victorian has been restored but still retains all of the original charm and elegance of its original construction. Our home is located at the juncture of routes 100 and 15, a 5-minute walk to downtown. Minutes from Stowe, 1 hour from Burlington.

We are located 5 miles from Stowe and its attractions, and just a few minutes from downtown Morrrisville with all its amenities. Just upstream from the picturesque Cady’s Fall swimming hole and across the brook from the amazing Cady’s Falls bike trails, our cabin is perched atop the hillside. With its simple, minimalist design it’s easy to immerse yourselves in nature and feel at home in the trees.

A 3-minute walk leads you through gardens and pasture, to Ravenwood, a small, intimate cabin with everything you need. Be it an extended weekend tucked in seclusion, amongst the birds, river and trees, or find the comforts of a 37 acre small farm nestled in the mountains and settle in, working from afar. Top shelf skiing at Sugarbush is near, along with Vermont's finest grub and beer.

Waterbury Center Guest Bedroom - 244 Howard

The guestroom room has a separate entrance located off a covered, back porch with a small table and chairs for summer use. There is adjustable heat and cool air from the wall mounted air-source, heat pump. The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal (toaster oven, single induction “hot” plate, water heater) We live in a historic building. Our neighborhood is very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe are nearby too with skiing, hiking and biking.

Feel comfortable and at peace in our cozy yet light filled guest room with it’s own private entrance and spacious bathroom. It is well appointed with antiques, a hand carved queen bed and a big collection of eclectic books that we encourage our guests to go home with.
