Belmont Lake Getaway

8 + acres w/ Fully Private separate entry facing pond & lake ,one bedroom with queen bed, living room with queen pull out couch , TV etc, dining room, full kitchen, and bathroom is wheelchair accessible, host main house above, Summer: kayaks and canoes , fishing, ducks & pond , full gardens. Pizza night is every Saturday . Winter: snow shoes skating, ice fishing ,curling ,lots of winter activities. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, no shower or wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

There is also laundry facilities, Hot tub ,sauna and outside patio with propane fire pit and barbecue, all for your private use. We are setup for a couple and our amenities are for our guests only .

A place to relax in winter in front of the gas stove with a beautiful view of the Otonabee River. In summer enjoy a swim or a paddle on on the river with one of our two kayaks. The kayaks are available between May 1st & October 1st as long as the river conditions are acceptable. Enjoy supper prepared using the fully equipped kitchen overlooking the river. A park like setting but only 5 minutes to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment in downtown Peterborough.

2 bedroom cedar log cottage on over 300 beautiful acres. Very private. Many walking trails to explore and enjoy. Lovely deck on the cottage and a great dock at the lake.
