I used the cabin as a fishing headquarters/home base for angling on Lake Winnipeg for 5 weeks.Glenn’s cabin was very good location and I was able to access all waterways within 15-20 mins by snowmobile or truck. The cabin was exactly that-a cabin. This is not an all inclusive resort but rather a nice quiet cabin in the woods. The cabin has everything you could need for a weekend, a week, or a month. It is elderly and rustic but everything works great and Glenn was. Very helpful although I did not require his attentiveness much. Fabulous fishing trip, thanks Glenn. I may be back next winter if time allows.

I stayed at Marcia’s cabin the first week of April, as I wanted a peaceful and relaxing spring break getaway. The cabin is perfect for a quiet retreat - cozy with everything needed. The weather when I was there was mild winter weather, and although there was still lots of snow, I enjoyed sitting in the sunshine on Marcia’s beautiful back deck. This cabin is pet-friendly and my little beagle loved the fenced backyard. The cabin is two blocks from the lake, and we walked nightly to view the sunset over the vast snowy landscape. The cabin had everything I needed, including soft luxurious bedding, coffee bar, wood stove, and the relaxation that comes with a cozy wood cabin. I hope to return either in the summer months when the lakes and parks are active, or again in late winter when seeking rest and relaxation.

Michael and Cecelia helped me out while I was in need of accommodations at the last minute. Place was very easy to find. They were really helpful and very responsive when I had questions. House was very clean and felt like home. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area for travel.

The place was nice and close to everything, walkable to town and around, we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for three nights with our newborn. This was an outstanding home and far exceeded our expectations. Hard to imagine a more restful stay within an hour of Winnipeg. Timo was responsive and even brought us extra supplies to help with the baby.

My family had such a great time. Martha was very warm and responds quickly for any questions! The property is beautiful and my kids had so much fun in the pool. The camper is clean and comfortable. The cherry on top of a peaceful evening around the fire was Martha's handsome black lab, Jack. He is the sweetest boy! Thank you for a great stay!

Our family loved our stay - spacious, well stocked kitchen (dishes, cutlery, etc). The Keurig coffee maker was a bonus - make coffee anytime. The beds were comfortable. Great yard - play structure for kids in front yard, fire pit and deck in backyard. It was great to be so close to the beach.
