Just blocks from the Blue Line Metro, it has all of the downtown/airport accessibility and easy transfers to the Green Line Metro to St. Paul and the University of Minnesota. This studio has its own loft, two queen beds and kitchen with stove/oven, fridge, sink, microwave, high-speed wireless internet, ample work space, and its own tree-level private porch.

Updated 1950's architect-built passive-solar artist retreat house is surrounded by trees and Japanese Gardens. Casual comfort but far from sterile. Complete tranquility 10 min from downtown Mpls and very close to both U of MN campus. Lively, friendly neighborhood in walking distance to grocery store, gift shops, wine shop, yoga studio, coffee shops and great restaurants.

This delightful haven features a warm fireplace perfect for cozying up on chilly evenings. Please note, there is some low clearance near the head of the bed and in the bathroom/kitchen area.
