The Grain Store - Kangaroo Island Brewery Studio

The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! Still Windy is a self-contained retreat for couples on the stunning north coast of Kangaroo Island. The master bedroom, kitchen and living areas have beautifully captured the stunning backdrop of Penneshaw Beach and the ocean views of Backstairs Passage and brought it into the home. The flow of the house runs effortlessly from the kitchen through the living area and onto the deck creating an ideal environment for entertaining, while the bedrooms offer adequate privacy.

Our fully self-contained apartment is set in a peaceful neighbourhood, a short stroll down to the jetty, new boat ramp and famous long white beach. The apartment is on the ground floor of our newly built two storey home. You have private access with no stairs or steps, parking at the front door, a well-lit driveway and entrance, off-street parking for boats, free wifi and reverse cycle air conditioning. The private outdoor area and lounge overlooks our spacious garden with your own BBQ.
