The Old Farmhouse (Trossachs) - Achray Farm

Achray Farm is a working smallholding / goat farm and ice-cream maker in the Trossachs. We offer holiday let stays in The Old Farmhouse & The Cake House (sleeps 4). Old Farmhouse was renovated in 2019 to create bright, spacious accommodation whist retaining original features, along with a wood burning stove and complimented by 300Mbs fibre WiFi & biomass heating. Our location is the perfect start for walking, cycling & touring the area right from the door and walking distance from the tearoom.

The Bothy - your unique luxury refuge

“Thank you so much for an incredible stay. Your place is hands down the best air bnb we have ever stayed in - and we've stayed in many. We wish we had time to stay longer :).” Rachelle, June 2025. Our cosy garden cottage with bedsit, kitchen-diner and log-stove is the ideal base for exploring the Trossachs/Loch Lomond National Park, Glasgow, Stirling and Edinburgh. Located in scenic, rural Kippen, we are a 5 minute walk from shops, post office and two award winning gastro-pubs: The Cross Keys and The Inn at Kippen. A busy farm shop with a Deli counter and cafe is on the outskirts of the village. Kippen was listed as one of the 20 best villages in Britain in the The Times newspaper.

Our attractive self catering cottages are set on a picturesque family farm on the outskirts of Stirling, Scotland. They are fully equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure our guests have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. With breathtaking views of the Ochil Hills, the Wallace Monument and Stirling Castle (not to mention the surrounding farmland) it is easy to see why people fall in love with Broom Farm Cottages. A modern semi detached bungalow at the edge of Loch Earn in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. This house is located in the picturesque Perthshire village of St Fillans and provides a great base for exploring rural Perthshire including 43 local Munro’s. Situated on the grounds of a working sheep farm, guests can enjoy the quiet and tranquil atmosphere. In this walking hot spot there is also an array of other activities such as cycling, fishing, golf and watersports on Loch Earn.

Big View Studio, near Loch Lomond National Park

Soak in the views, breathe in fresh air & relax. Studio is bright and airy and modern with stunning views of Ben Lomond and National Park. The sunsets are incredible. A perfect retreat and is a wonderful base for exploring all the area has to offer. Most of our visitors wish they had stayed for longer. Come with time to relax and enjoy the surroundings and bring some food to accompany the chilled bubbly waiting for you. You will not be short of choice for things to do in the area!
