Ideale per famiglie o amici che vogliono trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile in un'oasi di tranquillità.

Villa "Ortensia", a stone's throw from the sea

Enjoy a peaceful holiday surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, forget about your car and jog along the seafront. In the evening, reach the town of Stintino (about 4 km from the villa) and taste a good pizza or some fresh seafood in the restaurants just in front of the Marina. Happy holiday!

La veranda sul porto

L'appartamento si trova al primo piano di una piccola palazzina situata proprio sul porticciolo del paese. Ha un ingresso autonomo ed una bella vista sul mare, grazie alla comoda veranda in cui trascorrere piacevoli ore di relax, prendere un aperitivo e consumare i pasti godendo della brezza serale. Il soggiorno, la cucina e le due camere da letto, con annesso un bagno ciascuna, completano l'appartamento. Il clima mite della Sardegna consente piacevoli vacanze non solo in piena estate

Splendida casa di fronte alla torre de La Pelosa

Questa casa è dotata di due bagni interni e una doccia esterna, due camere da letto, una cucina attrezzata e una piccola area living. All'esterno è presente un grande terrazzo con tavolo in legno ed ombrellone, accompagnato da sdraio in tek: l'ambiente perfetto per godere del panorama! Il terrazzo è delimitato da piante mediterranee che esaltano ancor più la vista mozzafiato sul mare della Pelosa e sull'isola Asinara. Per raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi si impiegano circa 5 minuti.

Villa nuova, vista sulla Pelosa

Casa completamente ristrutturata con vista mozzafiato su Pelosa, golfo dell'Asinara e suggestivo paesaggio sardo. Le ampie vetrate conferiscono un'interazione incantevole con il paesaggio circostante. Tutti i confort e le dotazioni necessarie per una vacanza indimenticabile (lavanderia esterna, lavastoviglie, microonde, aria condizionata ovunque, TV Sat, giardino, doccia esterna, etc.). Ampia terrazza che domina il mare, uno studio e due ampie camere da letto con bagni

Lilium Holiday House on the Beach. The Only One!

Villa Lilium welcomes you like a hug where you feel "at home". Ten meters away from the beach, it gives you the opportunity to enjoy the sea or the privacy of the mediterranean scrub garden in which it is immersed. The house is welcoming and informal. The space around is equipped with relaxation areas, for children's play. and for departure, from your own gate, for boat trips to the Asinara park or other, the location is perfect for nature lovers.

You will appreciate the well-kept garden where you can enjoy great moments of relax away from the crowded beaches. The Pelosa beach, known as one of the most beautiful in Italy, is only a 10 minutes’ walk away, together with restaurants, bars and groceries stores.
