This modern apartment is located directly on the seafront. From the living room you can enjoy the romantic sunset from the terrace overlooking the sea. The bedroom has a comfortable bed, a soundproof window and a shutter for a relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking. The study is an excellent place for working. The old town offers charming narrow streets, historical monuments and restaurants. The harbour and beaches are a few minutes walk away, the airport is 10 km away.

La veranda sul porto

L'appartamento si trova al primo piano di una piccola palazzina situata proprio sul porticciolo del paese. Ha un ingresso autonomo ed una bella vista sul mare, grazie alla comoda veranda in cui trascorrere piacevoli ore di relax, prendere un aperitivo e consumare i pasti godendo della brezza serale. Il soggiorno, la cucina e le due camere da letto, con annesso un bagno ciascuna, completano l'appartamento. Il clima mite della Sardegna consente piacevoli vacanze non solo in piena estate

Beautiful apartment on the sea

The apartment is located in a lovely private residence,structure for tuna fishing in the past.The sea is 15 mt from the door,surrounded by beautiful gardens,ideal place for children because closed to traffic. The sea is full of life and amazing! There is a dock for private boats and the possibility to organize boat ride directly by the house dock. The apartment has recently been completely renovated Late arrivals will be charged EUR 20 between 8 PM and midnight, EUR 40 after 11 PM

Splendida casa di fronte alla torre de La Pelosa

Questa casa è dotata di due bagni interni e una doccia esterna, due camere da letto, una cucina attrezzata e una piccola area living. All'esterno è presente un grande terrazzo con tavolo in legno ed ombrellone, accompagnato da sdraio in tek: l'ambiente perfetto per godere del panorama! Il terrazzo è delimitato da piante mediterranee che esaltano ancor più la vista mozzafiato sul mare della Pelosa e sull'isola Asinara. Per raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi si impiegano circa 5 minuti.

Villetta Il Gufo: la tua casa a 100 mt dal mare!

Avrete la possibilità di trascorrere delle meravigliose giornate in pieno relax a due passi dal mare. Consente di uscire di casa col costume indosso e raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia, sita a 100mt, in un sentiero avvolto nella rigogliosa vegetazione mediterranea . Dimenticherete di avere la macchina! Frontalmente l’ampia veranda e il giardino la rende perfetta per fare colazione e pranzare/cenare godendovi una splendida vista mare! E' adatto a coppie e famiglie con bambini.
