Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

Cushenny House is very special. Steeped in 100’s of years of history, and home place of the foundation of the Orange Lodge, (LOL 1 is a stones throw away), we have a stunning, peaceful home nestled amid rolling hills, a stream and ancient orchards. Our 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home has a large family kitchen and living area, a reading room, a sitting room, utility and storage. Outside the gardens reflect the seasons and the sun sets are breathtaking from the large patio. Tranquility awaits.

Craigs Rock Cottage Cookstown

Situated on the edge of the village of Orritor, approx 3 miles from Cookstown, Craigs Rock Cottage has an ideal central location for exploring Northern Ireland. The cottage boasts green field views, two separate living areas, BT TV, open fire, free WiFi, fully equipped modern kitchen, 2 double and 2 single bedrooms. Linen and towels are provided. There's a local shop with a deli-counter providing daily hot and cold food along with a sit in restaurant just a 5 minute walk away.

Bramble Cottage

Close to local towns and villages yet benefiting from the peace and quiet of country life. Bramble Cottage is set in the heart of Mid Ulster. Conveniently located 0.5 mile of the A29 Road between Dungannon and Cookstown. Have a relaxing walk around the country roads or visit the various local tourist attractions such as Tullyhogue Fort and Drum Manor Forest Park. Traditional country style cottage with ample parking. Local amenities in Newmills village which is 2 miles away.

Flowerhill Cottage

Flowerhill Cottage is a 18th Century barn which has been sympathetically restored to an exceptional standard. In 2021 we have replaced the bathroom, installed new triple glazing and completed redecorated. The accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, an open plan kitchen/dining area, and living room with double sofa bed and a wood burning stove. The accommodation can be altered to suit the needs of any guest. Cots, high chairs etc can be provided upon request.

Dan's Lodge

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Dan's Lodge is a beautifully presented 3 bedroom self-catering home away from home, nestled on a quiet hillside in the heart of Mid Ulster. Modern yet homely with all the amenities you need for a quiet night away or a family getaway in the countryside, steeped in picturesque sunsets, history and folk lore. Situated on the outskirts of Tullyhogue, just 4 miles from the nearby market town of Cookstown.

Derrycaw Cottage

Our cottage is situated on approx 7 acres of land with plenty of wide open space. All of the rooms are spacious and light. We have 2 recreational rooms, the lounge has a real log burning fire with plenty of logs and our dining room has sky lights and a large flat tv. The cottage is situated at the bottom of a long and private drive with parking for 10-12cars. Just 5 minutes drive to the motorway and local amenities. Sorry but we don't allow pets.

Riverside Cabin

Set on Edge of River Blackwater. Co Tyrone 2 bedroom log cabin. 1 bedroom has double bed. 1 bed room with bunk beds. with kitchen, w/c and shower, also for larger families there is a 3 berth Pod available which has a double bed and a pull out sofa. Set in a peaceful location on the blackwater river Co Tyrone. Ideal for fishing or just a peaceful Retreat. Large garden and kids play area available on grounds. Hot tub Available.

Luxurious Converted Old Victorian Bank Building

Built in 1835 and previously the local bank, this unique property has been transformed into a magnificent, luxurious period family home. The spacious accommodation is spread over the top two floors of the building and is brimming with antiques and period features. Located between the foothills of the Sperrin's and the shores of Lough Neagh, it is an ideal base for exploring Mid-Ulster and Northern Ireland as a whole.
