Relaxing, Beautiful Waterfront, w/Dock, Firepit

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located in Land Between the Lakes (LBL), this property is all about peace, quiet, and relaxing vibes. It is located on a secluded cove off Lake Barkley. The cove and lake boast an abundance of birds and raptors including Cranes, Blue Heron, Bald Eagles and Osprey. The house is between Paris and Dover. Lots of restaurants, shopping, and antique stores. Highly rated Paris Landing State Golf Course is only 15 minutes away.

New central heat and air HVAC with extra insulation to keep you cool, or warm!

Secluded, Spacious Home with Firepit Near KY Lake

The property is located in a super neat spot. It is tucked away in a little nook, which feels very secluded. The property line borders TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority). This means you can venture off the property and explore without worrying about trespassing on the neighbor's land. There is a path to the lake. A public boat launch is just around the corner. If you love nature and seclusion, you will love staying at this house.

Lake Living at it’s Best!

Relax and enjoy the view in this 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house across the street from Kentucky Lake. More pictures will be added of bedrooms 2 and 3 as soon as finished renovating! The loft area has a pool table and a futon for extra sleeping or sitting space. The kitchen is fully functional and equipped with plenty of dishes and utensils. A K-cup style coffee maker makes a delicious fresh cup every time!
