Less than an hour to two ski resorts 49* North and Mount Spokane, 1 1/2 hours to Schweitzer ski resort. 25min drive to Wandermere golf course, movie cinemas lots of shopping and Costco is just around the corner.

All beds are upstairs, and the bathroom is downstairs)
