In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. House is only 2 yrs old. Huge firepit area - great for gathering & roasting marshmallows. 3 kings, 1 queen, 4 single bunks and 3 full baths with all amenities needed for a great family adventure on beautiful Lake Hartwell. The house sits on 1.25 acres and has plenty of space for parking cars or boat trailers.

Unwind at a peaceful cottage in a deep water cove on Lake Hartwell. Two queen bedrooms and a full sleeper sofa can accommodate up to 6 adults.
