Our newly constructed 2-story home can sleep 14 comfortably. With two covered porches, spend your mornings looking out onto the HUGE backyard with lake views, or enjoy your days on the lake with your boat in the private cove with a covered dock, or use the kayaks, paddle-board and floats to swim!

Lake Hartwell DEEP Water w/Dock!

Bring the family and boat to this beautiful 5 bed, 3 bath house on a deep water, wide cove! Gentle slope to the private dock (re-decked 2023), great for fishing, swimming or kayaking. House is only 2 yrs old. Huge firepit area - great for gathering & roasting marshmallows. 3 kings, 1 queen, 4 single bunks and 3 full baths with all amenities needed for a great family adventure on beautiful Lake Hartwell. The house sits on 1.25 acres and has plenty of space for parking cars or boat trailers.

Lake Front Home near Mountains "Hartwell Haven"

Hartwell Haven offers lots of spaces for guest to eat, sleep, and play! Mornings are best spent on our screened back porch with a cup of coffee listening to the sounds of the lake, enjoy your days on the lake with your boat or using our paddle boat, inflatable canoe or stand-up paddle board! Unwind in the evening with a game of foosball, darts, playing one of the many family board games, cornhole, reading a book, watching TV, or a glass of wine on the dock enjoying the gorgeous sunset!

Come enjoy the easy lake life at this vibrant and fun lake home! Relax on the oversized lakeside deck, enjoy the dock, explore the lakeshore! There is a main house and an adjacent studio apartment space. Both will be available to you during your stay. Here are the bed and bath arrangements: Main House - 3 Bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Primary bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has twin bunk beds. Apartment - Queen bed with futon. Full bath and kitchen.

There is a peaceful easy feeling about this secluded point lot along the corridor of Lake Hartwell and Tugaloo river. Relax on the multiple decks, or in the gazebo, and enjoy the scenery and abundant wildlife. Watch the fish jump as you sit on the deck drinking your morning coffee. In summer, launch the kayaks from the floating dock and paddle up the lake to Longnose Waterfall. Throughout the year explore the local wineries, waterfalls and hiking trails.
