Es fällt keine Endreinigungsgebühr an. Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster und Wasserkocher sowie Zugang zur Terrasse und Garten. Direkt von der Küche gelangen Sie zur Fahrradgarage. Eine Garderobe und ein Gäste-WC befinden sich ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss. Im 1. OG gibt es zwei Zimmer: eines mit Doppelbett, das andere mit zwei Schlafsofas für je zwei Personen. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen Kamin, Spielebibliothek und einen Balkon. Ein Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche und ein Wirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Ab 3 Personen steht im 2. OG ein zusätzlicher Wohnbereich mit Doppelbett, Schlafsofa und eigenem Bad zur Verfügung. Sauna und Gasgrill können kostenlos genutzt werden. Haustiere sind auf Anfrage erlaubt, Endreinigungsgebühr: 25 €. Sauna-Nutzung inklusive!

It is a fantastic luxury house with plenty of privacy. Friendly host. The living room is cozy and warm, with a gas fireplace and underfloor heating. You can see the sheltered and covered whirlpool steps from the house, all bubbling with beautiful views. Downstairs is a nice infrared sauna. Das denkmalgeschützte Haus, das sich mitten in Nordhorn befindet wurde saniert und im Landhausstil eingerichtet. Auf knapp 60m² erwartet Sie ein offener Wohn- & Essbereich mit einer ausgestatteten Küche, ein modernes Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Maisonette-Zimmer, das man über eine steile Treppe erreicht. Oben angekommen befinden sich nochmal 2 Einzelbetten. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Fön. WLAN & ein Parkplatz sind vorhanden.

Mein Mann und ich bieten ein Gästezimmer mit zugehörigem privaten Badezimmer an. Alle anderen Bereiche, wie die Küche, das Ess- und Wohnzimmer, sowie der Garten werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Zudem gehören zum Haushalt zwei sehr ruhige, liebe, große Hunde.
