This spacious new 1b/1ba/kitchen/living/dining has been cleverly designed as an accessory unit to the main house. The 800 Sq Ft unit is 2 levels with the bedroom and bath on the upper level. Natural AM light. Offering views and privacy ~ Looking south across the Yampa valley and to the Flat Tops. Furnished in a modern and stylish manner it has all of the upscale amenities you'd need - as well as a private entrance. Free Bus + parking. Steamboat Resort is very close... and we allow 1 x dog.
