The Spruce Nest

Stay in a historic home in Old Town Steamboat Springs built 1907. We have added an entry, dining room, master bedroom and bath and powder bath. However, we have kept the original two-story home in tact, similar to the early 1900's. We even used original wood from the walls to accent the exterior. West Side Duplex is in Steamboat Spring’s Riverside neighborhood, six miles from Steamboat Ski Resort and on the SST Free Bus System. It is also close to the Yampa River, Emerald Mountain, and Downtown Steamboat Springs. Yampa River Core Trail is 1/4 mile away. Steamboat Springs is “Ski Town USA”and is also proud to offer world-class fly fishing, extensive mountain bike trails and gravel bike roads, amazing Rocky Mountain hiking areas, and kayaking and tubing in the middle of town.
