Located in historic downtown Farmington, minutes away from restaurants, wineries, shops, and parks. Our newly renovated carriage house has much to offer! Our 2+ acre yard is fully fenced with a gated entrance offering privacy, a fire pit, covered patio, and large deck. The city park is located next door with a private acces gate offering basketball courts, pickle ball, tennis, swing sets, pavilions and playgrounds. Come enjoy a relaxing weekend or stay a week exploring the area attractions.

The Sweet Magnolia

Welcome to our charming home in the heart of downtown Farmington. Perfect for families or groups, our spacious three-bedroom house comfortably sleeps eight guests and features two full bathrooms. The house is fully furnished ,including a washer and dryer on a double lot with privacy fence. Located near Elephant State Park, Johnson's Shut-Ins, Bonne Terre Mines, Shepard Mountain Bike Park, St. Joe State Park, and Wineries. Or stroll downtown where you can enjoy local shops, and restaurants.

FUNKS INN-no extra guest fees or cleaning fee

This house was built in 1870, it is a stone structure and was used as a family farm home. It has been remodeled for its use today. It is historically correct, which includes antiques of the time. Post Civil War era, furniture including the beds of this period. Another interesting aspect, is that the floors are all original. Mattresses, blankets pillows, bedding and towels are all new. The wine cellar that we have added, made on location. I always leave some out for guests. No fee.

Ruby’s Rental

If you are looking for a unique, eclectic, fun place to get away, welcome to ruby's rental!!! Hot Tub available ($50 extra fee). 3.5 blocks from downtown. Sainte Genevieve is a train town. This rental is located right across the street from the railroad tracks. This is an old house, do not expect all modern features. Ruby’s Rental has one bedroom (with 1 queen bed), a sleeping loft (with 2 twin beds. Hot Tub - Use requires a prepaid $50 fee. Fire Pit- must provide wood

The Caamp

The Caamp located directly across the road from The Barn at Lone Eagle Landing and Pebble Creek provides a close and convenient place to stay along with a breath taking view of the upper Coffman valley. The Caamp is also very close to Chaumette and Charleville. If outdoor adventure is what you seek The Caamp serves as a great landing zone to explore nearby attractions like Pickle Springs and Hawn State Park. Sit back and enjoy the view from this gorgeous and cozy tiny home.

The full bathroom includes a luxury rainfall shower head, deluxe linens and a washer/dryer. Kitchen is fully stocked! Free wi-fi!
