Idyllic house by the lake close to Preikestolen.

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

Charming old wooden house in a quiet area. Enjoy the great view over the fjord from the veranda, where you can see a beautiful sunset and enjoy the heat from the campfire. The house is well equipped in all rooms. The house is located only 7 km from the starting point of the Pulpit Rock trail. It is a 5 minutes drive from Jørpeland, wich is the town center in this area. From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.

Huset har moderne standard, total renovert bad i 2025, tre romslige soverom med totalt seks sengeplasser, i tillegg er det en babyseng. Her kommer dere til å trives.

Old Stavanger house w/history from 1736

The house is located in Stavanger’s most attractive tourist attraction Old Stavanger. Grab the rare opportunity to live inside a tourist attraction with antique furnishings, enjoy the old lifestyle without letting go of the modern day comfort. Nobody knows exactly when the original house was built, but a local historian has found the name of owners back to 1736. Today it has a modern bathroom, kitchen and internet to make sure that all your needs are covered.

Gamlahuset ved sjøen - nær Stavanger

"Gamlahuset" fra cirka 1880 leies ut. Huset ligger på et lite gårdstun i Gardsvågen på Talgje, 100 meter fra sjøen. Her er det badestrand, og det går turløyper rundt nesten hele øya. Fra Gardsvågen er det 1 km til hurtigbåtkai. Herfra er det 20-50 min med hurtigbåt til Stavanger. Det er 35 minutt med bil til Stavanger sentrum. På Talgje er det også muligheter for frisbeegolf og badstuutleige (Anker Gaard) og det er sandvolleyballbane 1 km fra huset.

Sjarmerende og ærverdig gammelt trehus beliggende et stenkast fra sentrum, men samtidig veldig rolig og usjenert beliggenhet. Kort gåavstand til Fiskepiren, båten til Flor og Fjære, Pedersgata med restauranter og barer, museer og alt annet sentrum har å by på. Huset har stue med tv og trådløst nettverk, kjøkken med alle fasiliteter, 3 soverom, 1 sovealkove, 2 bad og en fantastisk uteplass/terrasse på 30m2.

Naust ved sjøen på Sokn, Stavanger

Naustet er helt nytt og en del av sjøhusmiljøet mot Soknasundet. Det er brygge med fiskemulighet. Bygg og møbler er laget av den anerkjente arkitekten Espen Surnevik. Dersom dere kommer med båt er det god plass til båten ved brygga. Naustet er en del av Sokn Gard (se fb) som har mange dyr dere kan besøke, og garden har 5 km tursti.
