This place fantastic! It is beautiful and so centrally located. We easily walked to all downtown destinations we visited. Very close to squares and the riverfront. The garage was so nice to have so we didn't need to worry about street parking. There was occasionally some noise from the alley/lane, but that is to be expected downtown and it did not affect us. No complaints! We would definitely stay again if we're in the area.

Absolutely loved our stay at Annabelle Downtown! This charming Airbnb is located in the heart of Savannah, offering the perfect location to explore all the best parts of the city. The apartment was spotless and in fantastic condition, with everything we needed for a comfortable weekend getaway. The host, Chaz, was exceptional—attentive and communicative from the moment we made our reservation. Check-in was seamless, and the building and apartment were easy to access. We had zero issues during our stay, and everything was just as described. Highly recommend both this amazing location and Chaz as a host. We'll definitely be returning on our next trip to Savannah! Convenient, cute, had a great setup for us and our toddler. We were out and about most days and the location made it easy to do that!

Great location!! Easy check in and out, basically just leave (no cleaning procedures)! So many great extras like wine and snacks! Fully stocked bathrooms and really comfy beds! Cant beat the location for the price. Right next to forsyth park where the iconic fountain is.

Me and my girlfriends met up here for a weekend reunion and had the best time! Great location. 12 minutes from downtown. Clean and homie. And a pretty little water view from your porch.

Ronnie's condo was beautiful and comfy. We spent mornings enjoying our coffee on the balcony. The beds were comfortable and towels / linens very nice. Ronnie was incredibly accommodating. We enjoyed Forsyth park, farmers market, Black Rabbit & the wonderful Old Pink House and all the southern charm Savannah offers!

Very nice, secure apartment in the heart of the historic district. Be prepared for some city noise, especially on weekends, but no more that would be expected for the location. Very clean with plenty of amenities and very dog friendly. Lovely stay, overall!

Three of us stayed at Garry's place, and we all liked it very much. The actual house is way better than the photos, and the small veranda was a wonderful addition to the place. The two huge upstairs bedrooms with TVs had en suites, and the den with the sofa bed had a half bath, so everyone had privacy concerning the toilets. The place was well-equipped with towels, plastic bags, coffee, and kitchen utensils, and the temperature of the rooms was easy to control. The dryer was amazing, and towels and jeans dried within minutes. The location was two blocks away from one of my favorite bakery/coffee shops called Mate Factor which makes organic breads, and it is the same distance to Kroger's Supermarket which is very convenient when you don't have a car. The host was so attentive, and he let us in much earlier than our check in time, which was so thoughtful since we arrived early in the morning. A great stay, and we would stay there again.

This is the perfect spot to stay for a few days in Savannah. Excellent host with lots of recommendations. The house is convenient to great restaurants. We appreciated the dedicated parking spot, ample supplies, nice towels and linens. The front yard was perfect for our two small dogs to roam. Absolutely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. Communication with Kelly was great, our only issue was promptly corrected (internet connection went out), and the location close to Forsyth Park was great. The unit was well stocked with kitchen utensils, laundry detergent, shampoo, clean towels, coffee, etc. I also appreciated the off street parking and the lovely fountain in the courtyard. We stayed for two weeks and while we felt perfectly safe, there was a frequent wail of sirens in the neighborhood (of course this isn't anyone's fault, just part of city living). Also, there is a shared wall with the neighboring unit, which was a minor issue one night for a couple of hours. We enjoyed all our walks into Savannah and took advantage of the free bus. We enjoyed Shuk's, Randy's BBQ, Ruan Thai, Pirate House, and the Cuban Window. We visit Savannah often and will happily stay here again.

Loved staying here! It was convenient to all the things to do without being in the loud market area. Bonus, it was incredibly close to the Savannah womens half marathon starting area. We really appreciated the parking and restaurant recommendations. Would 100% stay here again.

This Airbnb is in the perfect location for Savannah. 2 blocks from a grocery store. 4 blocks to Forsyth park. Easy street parking. The best back porch to hang out and have your morning coffee. And a shared pool in the backyard to cool off in. I will def rent this place again. Gary was the best host. Always responded quickly and was just so easy to work with.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment is cozy and spacious. It was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. The location was perfect. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and close to attractions in Downtown Savannh. David was very responsive to my needs and corners. I highly recommend this for your next stay in Savannah.

A beautiful place inside and outside. Very close to the free bus line that goes to the river front. So close to Forsyth park. Highly recommend.

The location of this place is amazing! You can walk anywhere and there a ton of wonderful bars and restaurants nearby. The unit was clean and comfortable as well.

Great stay!! Clean and comfortable apartment. Location was convenient to the City Market, shopping, trolley stops, and riverfront. Most everything you would want to see or visit is within easy walking distance. Apartment entry instructions were well organized and written, and the parking pass was a wonderful extra. We would happily stay here again.

Staying at Chad’s place was an extremely positive experience. It was located in a safe neighborhood with excellent parking. The beds were really comfortable, there were lots of provided amenities and the pool was a real bonus! It was very close to the Savannah tourist sights but in a quiet neighborhood. No problems with checking in and we would definitely enjoy staying at Chad’s place again!

Right up front: the place is immaculate inside but has zero curb appeal. The whole neighborhood needs a coat of paint and the entire complex (5-6 units) here is no exception. The approach through the alley to park and enter doesn't make it any better. Then you use the keypad and step into crisp air conditioning and pristine interior. It's quite a contrast. We loved the neighborhood - we left the vehicle in the allocated spot through our entire visit. Several buses and the tourist trolley are available at Forsyth Park, which is just 5 blocks away, and a full-service grocery store only a short block away is hugely helpful. So we found the location made it completely walkable. There are homeless in the area but if that makes you uncomfortable, you're not going to like Savannah very much overall. The unit is NOT ADA accessible. Lots of un-level spots in the floor, steps, narrow walks, corners, etc. It's also pretty small. But we thought the value was just right.

We enjoyed every minute at this property. Everything was extremely tidy and clean. The private deck was great for early morning coffee and a little relaxation at the end of the day. Forsyth Park is super close to go on walks or even enjoy a local farmers market. You can even walk to river street if you’d like from the property. Very walkable to numerous places. And the host was easy to talk to and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.
