Restored 1940s Art Deco Apartment in Santa María La Ribera

This is a 57 square meter apartment with very high brick ceilings, a large living room and dining area with a lot of light. Find authentic chic mid century furniture and several art pieces. The apartment has a private bedroom with queen size bed, closet and bathroom and a separate kitchen with supplies. It also has two small inner patios for light and ventilation. A lot of original architecture details from 1940 like floors, brick walls, ceiling and windows frames were conserved in the restoration. The project was recently featured in Architectural Digest Mexico and won several important architecture prizes: Architecture Masterprize and NoldiSchreck. Guest may use the whole apartment. You can also hang out in the inner patio of the condo and first floor lobby. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer you can use next to the garage. Santa María La Ribera is a historic 19th-century neighborhood. Stroll in the Alameda Park opposite, then visit the nearby Museo de Geología. Here, gaze at mammoth and dinosaurs fossils, plus paintings by the famous Mexican master Jose María Velasco. You'll find a lot of public transportations options including subway, metrobus (direct line to the airport and historic center), train, bus and public bike system (ecobici). Metrobus Linea 4 norte is a direct connection from the airport T1 and T2 to Buenavista and back. Takes about 45 min. 30 Pesos/person, a rechargable Metrocard is need. Safe, quick and direct way to and from the airport.

Estacionamiento sujeto a disponibilidad. Dentro de una casa con dos jardines y estanque conector de agua de lluvias para uso del riego y wc. Dentro de una espectacular arquitectura mexicana contemporánea Atendemos y recibimos las 24 horas Santa María la Ribera es un barrio de gran tradición y muy comunicado con las mejores zonas de interés turístico de la CDMX Buena Vista está a una calles, desde ahí se puede trasladar al aeropuerto y a todas las zonas de la ciudad, ya sea en metro, Metrobús o tren de cercanías

Es un lugar para disfrutar del paisaje, la naturaleza y desconectarse de la civilización. La casa está bien integrada al paisaje, construida con piedra del mismo lugar. An authentic boutique home living experience. This is the dream apartment in the dream neighborhood. Colonia Cuauhtémoc is one of the nicest (and safest) of the city and it is also absolutely central. Whether it's with a cup of tea or a computer in your lap, the leafy decked patio offers a serene space to bring in the day.
