Enjoy a modern stay in a tranquil area 2 miles from Beaver Stadium. In fact, you can see the stadium from the back deck! This 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath split level home is perfect for family visits to Penn State for any event! It is also located at the base of Mount Nittany, walking distance to the trailhead. Some special amenities include: a fenced in 1/3 acre yard, home gym, 4 smart TVs, Wifi, two-level deck, electric fireplace, central air, and washer/dryer. We hope you enjoy your stay here!

Fully permitted rental (by College Township) 2.4 miles from Beaver Stadium. It's a basement apartment in a quiet neighborhood. You'll have a workout space with a peloton bike, treadmill, weight bench, some free weights, & yoga mats. Early check-in/late checkout by request. 1 bed & 1 sleeper sofa; can add air mattress if requested. No kitchen, but there's a hot/cold water machine, fridge, coffee makers, cups/plates/silverware, microwave, wine chiller, panini press, Foreman grill, and blender.
